I sent them everything they needed and requested immediately after they requested it so that they could get to work on my case right away. Every single time I call, the case manager is either: 1. Not available and I am told that she will call back and never does so I am forced to call back. 2. Asking me questions that I have already answered via emails that she doesn't bother to look at. 3. Giving me all of the same information she's already given me. The case manager has a habit of saying that she will do things and not do them until I call back to ask if they were done. The ONLY reason I called this firm is because they were directly referred by Lerner and Rowe (don't know how they pulled off that referral) and they are licensed in California, which, unfortunately my go-to attorney is not.
