Awful communication from the office and lack of transparency. The owner cares more about his…read morebusiness, meaning how much he caters to insurance companies and his contractors, than he does about the customer. He made multiple decisions, such as not even offering the recommended tier of shingles in Georgetown (grade 4) to save the insurance company money. He also suggested leaving the solar panels (which give us significant savings) off the roof for an extended period of time because it would be more convenient for the contractor's schedule. Also, there were 3 occasions when I talked to the home office and they told me they would call me back, but failed to do so. Highly not recommended.
