Regular bingo sessions on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Saturdays the doors open at 4:00pm with early birds starting at 6:15. There are two computer options. The 106 card option is $66. They do drawings throughout the games and have giveaways.

Very confusing and way too many different games going on. Plus you have to play one game with a dabbler.

The people who run this bingo hall are, in general, very nice, especially the those who are more…read moremature in years. They are very sweet. It is well organized and seems to be run very fairly. It's only $20.00 and they really make sure you get your money's worth of play time. It starts at 6:30 pm, it can be a little confusing your first time so it's best to get there about 1/2 hour early (I think they open the doors as early as 4:30). Both times I have played the last game ended a bit before 10:00pm. In the games, they make sure to post the numbers being called, as well as call them out, and they check each bingo to verify it's a winning card. There are snacks available for purchase and complementary coffee, which is pretty tasty! As with most functions of this sort, it is a very diverse group of people who attend. If you plan on going, you would be best served to sit more towards the middle of the room. We made the unfortunate mistake of sitting towards the back and the people behind us were extremely rude and terribly unwelcoming. The people towards the middle seemed to be having fun and enjoying each other's company, but the back row was a totally different story. One particular man spent the whole evening complaining to everyone about how the people around him (including us, I suppose...though we, after the first angry shush from him, whispered the rest of the night) were too loud, but he, himself, was talking louder than anyone. He even got one of the younger gals to announce to the whole room that people need to be quiet. When she was done announcing she said, "that's for you...so and so (whatever his name was)" I can only imagine it is because he is probably there every night they are open and spends quite a bit playing, so they feel the need to cater to people like that. The sweet gal next to us said not to worry, that some of the people in the back are consistently really rude and treat the game like their career. All of that to say, it's a fun, well attended event, just be very mindful of where you sit. There are plenty of kind people there, and if you sit surrounded by them, you will have a fun night!

Fog made my drive home sketchy, so I played it safe and stayed at Tachi Palace. Overall, the…read moreexperience was solid. From the start, the staff was very friendly--security helped point me in the right direction, and the front desk team was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the variety of pillows. That said, parts of the room felt a bit worn and could use some attention or minor repairs. There's a Starbucks in the lobby, but service there was extremely slow. The staff was friendly, but there wasn't much urgency--there was a lot of chatting with casino employees ordering instead of focusing on drink prep. On the plus side, my black tea was very good. Given the remote location, this is probably the nicest place to stay within a 20-30 minute radius. Because of how quiet and comfortable the room was, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed.

This is a review for the Entertainment Venue:…read more We came for the Tyler Henry event and nowhere, is there a map to where the actual event is at so I know where to park. So I made a map showing where to park. Basically the south end of the property. There is a giant metal shop space converted into an entertainment room with very cheap folding chairs as seats with battery powered light pucks to show you what row you are in. There are also no photos of the inside of venue. I found a video of one of the shows so I could get an idea of what I was in for. The Seats: Be warned if your body type spills out of a chair like this, you will be sitting in the lap of your neighbor. I am not kidding. The poor lady in front of me was so uncomfortable as she really needed 2 seats and had to be miserable. And more than half of the people there were too large for the seats. They really need to fix that. The Tickets: When you purchase your through Etix, you don't actually get them until 3 days before the event. Also, I was in a panic because I couldn't just look up on my email for the name of the event because the name is under ETix and not under Tyler Henry or Boy George. ALSO, I had purchased the Boy George Tickets for my friend for his birthday and on the email it says you must present the credit card that you purchased them with. So again, I was in another panic since I wasn't going to that event. Needless to say, my friend did not need the card. I had forwarded the tickets and he was able to get in. Such a pain in the ass the system is. Also, you are allowed to bring in an empty cup and fill it with water in case you didn't want to buy a bottle of water. Which was only $3 so at least they don't price gouge you. I also saw people with purses a few inches larger than what you were allowed that weren't clear so there's that. Another tidbit of info I wished I knew. Next time I will bring my own seat pad for comfort! At least the staff were very nice.

They were in the process of remodeling the upstairs bathrooms last I heard. The air conditioning system has also been upgraded. If you haven't been there in a while it's worth visiting.

Retro tables and chair, Smelly bathrooms warm beer and gold flakes in the mirror behind the bar. The ceiling in the bar area had to be the worst! You could literally see all the ventilation system; no ceiling tiles. It was so muggy inside this place since there was no vents to circulate the air. Literally I had to stand beneath the air duct to cool off. One of the bar tenders didn't smile for 3 hours, really? We were all already sad then to have a "Debby downer" server, ugh she majorly sucked!!! I stiffed her on my tab. Sadly enough the Elks lodge needs major renovation and hopefully won't be back for a very long time.
