I boarded my dog here a few times, and last two times were very disappointing. After her first…read morestay, she came home smelling strongly of old feces and needed several baths before she was allowed in the house. I didn't complain at the time, hoping it was a one-off. During her most recent stay, she was extremely anxious and reluctant to go in. When I picked her up, she again smelled bad, was very thirsty, and looked bloated. She had blood in her stool and developed a severe cough (kennel cough) a few days later. She's also now showing signs of worms, despite being recently treated. Communication from staff was poor and at times rude. When I tried to get more information about my dog's stay, I was met with hostility and eventually told not to come back. The owner apologized but took his staff's side. I would never recommend this kennel and wish I could give less than one star. My dog's health and wellbeing were clearly not a priority.

The groomer greeted us at the door and asked what we wanted. I explained to her that I don't want him cut too short as it's getting close to winter time. She ended up having to take off a little more because of a a few extra knots but I didn't care. He looked so handsome and happy after pickup. I could tell he was treated well which is the number one priority as he's polite but also kinda sensitive. I wish I had gotten the groomer's name as I would be asking for her again. I definitely recommend taking your dog there over other places in the area.

I've been using Saam now for over a year. The clinic is clean. The staff are professional and the…read morevet is knowledgeable. The charges are reasonable. I recommend them over the high pressure (bring your pet in every three months), high priced clinics.

They put my best friends dog in a headlock when he was sick! He wasn't resisting shots, he wasn't growling or biting, but they put him in a headlock! He whined and screamed because he was so scared!! All he needed was his fucking shots!. I decided to give them a second chance once my cats fell extremely sick. My girl didn't eat for almost a week, was losing weight rapidly and was puking, I asked saams if I can bring her in and apply for care credit/do payments and they told me yes. I walk in, and they say "we won't take that cat in until you have every single penny". How the hell am I supposed to know the cost without all the procedures being done first?? Like y'all don't even know what's wrong with her?? I left with my kitty and drove to worland, sad enough to say that my kitty had organ failure and we had to put her down. He said if we came in an hour earlier (thanks saams!) There was a possibility she would've lived. My wife brought in our male cat a week later due to him have a bladder obstruction, they told her the same thing about care credit, she brought him in, applied, and 30 seconds after she applied they looked her straight in the eye and told her , "yeah no,". She was speechless and she told them "he hasn't peed in 3 days, theres blood coming out of him he needs help". They looked at her and said "oh well that's too bad isn't it?". We took him to Powell vetinary clinic and he got the help he needed. This place is so evil and disgusting, they don't care about anything other than money and this place NEEDS to be shut down! Don't run a vet if you don't care about animals.

It is a lot of fun to visit with the goats, buffalo, long horns...Wyatt and Lisa were incredible, they were very helpful and very enjoyable to talk with, we also really appreciated the farm fresh eggs we were given on arrival Our dog and Wyatt's dog Jethro were inseparable and played constantly, all the dogs on the property were free to roam and play together. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Crippled Spider and am looking forward to our return.

All you get is a note on the office door that states "park anywhere". It was so bad, we left and stayed at a nearby RV park (much nicer too). I'd ask for a refund, but they clearly need the money more than I do.
