Please do not go here. These are the most evil and money hungry people you will meet. They do not care about your animals but rather some extra $ in their pocket. They put my best friends dog in a headlock when he was sick! He wasn't resisting shots, he wasn't growling or biting, but they put him in a headlock! He whined and screamed because he was so scared!! All he needed was his fucking shots!. I decided to give them a second chance once my cats fell extremely sick. My girl didn't eat for almost a week, was losing weight rapidly and was puking, I asked saams if I can bring her in and apply for care credit/do payments and they told me yes. I walk in, and they say "we won't take that cat in until you have every single penny". How the hell am I supposed to know the cost without all the procedures being done first?? Like y'all don't even know what's wrong with her?? I left with my kitty and drove to worland, sad enough to say that my kitty had organ failure and we had to put her down. He said if we came in an hour earlier (thanks saams!) There was a possibility she would've lived. My wife brought in our male cat a week later due to him have a bladder obstruction, they told her the same thing about care credit, she brought him in, applied, and 30 seconds after she applied they looked her straight in the eye and told her , "yeah no,". She was speechless and she told them "he hasn't peed in 3 days, theres blood coming out of him he needs help". They looked at her and said "oh well that's too bad isn't it?". We took him to Powell vetinary clinic and he got the help he needed. This place is so evil and disgusting, they don't care about anything other than money and this place NEEDS to be shut down!
