She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, asking thorough insightful questions to determine if my cat needed emergent care. She also described the steps of care my cat would receive, how long it would take and an estimate (which I found reasonable especially for emergency care), if I chose to bring her in. Once it was determined my pet did not need emergent care, she offered over the counter meds I could try to help the situation resolve on its own. Which, I'm very happy to say it did, due to the OTC medication she suggested. In a world of "The doctor can't suggest treatment without a physical examination, you'll need to bring your pet in", having a vet be willing to discuss a pet's issues over the phone and offer possible helpful solutions is a breath of fresh air. So thank you, Dr Stockton, for providing relief to my pet and peace of mind to me.
