I got a call from the receptionist to come in an hour earlier to be seen. We got there an hour and a half earlier and there was no one there , so we waited. People started showing up and then they started calling them in one at a time. We sat there from 1:30 -2:50 then we were called and told that the person my mom had an appointment with has an emergency and have to leave. ( by the way, my mom was the only black personality there). I asked if someone else can take care of my mom and was told that they were already booked with their own clients and they don't take walk-ins, which they now considered my mom to be. The nerve of this clinic!! We had to travel 17 miles to this place that was recommended by her doctors. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and lack of empathy. I'll research and find another place for my mother.

I usually get dip with tips, and she does a fantastic job every time. Sophie, the owner, has also done my nails and is equally talented. Drill bits doesn't look cleaned. The end look for my polish is lumpy and parts of my nails didn't have the color on it. I spent $80 for the service.
