I got a call from the receptionist to come in an hour earlier to be seen. We got there an hour and a half earlier and there was no one there , so we waited. People started showing up and then they started calling them in one at a time. We sat there from 1:30 -2:50 then we were called and told that the person my mom had an appointment with has an emergency and have to leave. ( by the way, my mom was the only black personality there). I asked if someone else can take care of my mom and was told that they were already booked with their own clients and they don't take walk-ins, which they now considered my mom to be. The nerve of this clinic!! We had to travel 17 miles to this place that was recommended by her doctors. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and lack of empathy.
