The communication from the company was nearly nonexistent... I had to call, email, and text to add items to our order (all of which went unanswered until a confirmation email was sent.) I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.

Bouncey House Rentals saved the day!…read more We had booked a bounce house through a different company several months in advance of my daughter's birthday. The Thursday before the party on Saturday, the company called me at 5:30pm and let me know they were unable to make their commitment for Saturday. Panicked, but unable to do anything since it was after business hours, all I could do was stress all evening because I had no idea how I was going to entertain 12 kids without a bounce house. The next morning, I received a referral to Bouncey House Rentals and they totally came through for me. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they had a dinosaur bounce house available, perfect for our dinosaur-themed birthday party! The driver was early, professional, and really helpful (suggested we put a tarp down at the front of the bounce house for kids to kick off their shoes). The bounce house was clean and safe and a ton of fun. The party was a hit - and I was so grateful for Bouncey House Rentals providing the entertainment. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.
