Joe at the counter refused to honor an exchange because I did not have a receipt. I was not told at the time of purchase that I would need a receipt for any warranty issues. Joe remembers me, he remembers taking my money but he said it would cost him personally to do the exchange (out of his own pocket). The device I was sold has a button that stuck the first time I used it and it continues to stick every few times I try to use it. It seems this store would rather send me out with a fire hazard and maintain that liability rather than solve the issue amicably. I would not recommend shopping here and would suggest you go to their competitors Vape City. Never had a problem there. This was my first and last time shopping here. Notice the return policy posted says nothing about requiring a receipt.

Overall the place pretty much looks like a hangout with a lot of loiterers

Both times were a blast! Not only are the people working there super kind and polite, easy and comfortable to socialize with, but their market has tons of beautiful and unique pieces! I have always been an antique store and garage sale junkie, so I'm all about places like these! ^__^ So for those like me, I strongly suggest to check out Country Club for sure! Like I did the first visit, today I picked out another small bundle of lovely woven baskets and locally found projectile-type artifacts. I did Not expect to find relics there, but I'm super glad I checked! And I'm proud to add some new additions to my relic collection. And baskets are a must have for funny, woodsy, nerdy peeps such as myself! hehe I use baskets for so many things. Mini desk baskets, closet baskets, baskets for my gardening, and more. This place will be a go-to every time I come down here to Arkansas when visiting my family. Who knows! I might grab another new specimen or two from that same vender.
