I have a place in NJ that I go out of my way for because they are quick, they do the job, and there are never any surprises. Looking to find a place in this area, I was pointed here. Yes, they do consolidate their cleaning so it is not processed on site. However, what was a surprise--and a pleasant surprise--was the process as a customer. Getting a text with ALL my shirts photographed before they were cleaned? The ability to pre-pay and say I was on the way to pick them up after they were done? Going into the place and seeing them on the rack in front of me for pickup when I got there? That, I'm not used to and it was all pretty amazing to me.

My clothing did not look clean when I picked it up. Specifically, my raincoat had creases in it, hair on it, and gray smudges (like powder on a black coat). I also found it very off-putting that it smells like the restaurant next door. The restaurant is great, but I don't really want my clothing to smell like brick oven pizza. The young woman doing intake and checkout at the front desk was surly and unpleasant. It was rather shocking how unfriendly she was and I felt as though my presence was a hassle for her. Finally, there was an older woman sitting silently in the corner of the store. She never said a word, but was certainly not friendly or welcoming. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this business: Poor quality cleaning, unfriendly service.

This place has some rude Soviet woman working behind the counter in the evenings. They are very expensive, but fairly convenient to my job. they have ridiculous hours...they close at 1pm on Saturdays and are totally closed on Sundays. Since when is a service catered to working people supposed to only be open during regular business hours? The first time I came, they only had half of the 14 shirts I brought in. They forgot to pick the others up from their actual laundry. The second time, they had completely lost a shirt. Not sure how such a terrible, unfriendly place even stays open. Three days later, they picked up six loads of laundry from my house, and when they brought everything back, it was in amazing condition. Now, I don't even think about laundry anymore.
