There were a variety of missteps, including the tile selection, but the most inconvenient was that for the countertop she recommended a style of quartz that, as it turned out, was sold only in large slabs. We needed a small piece. Most of what the store offered came only in large slabs. When time was of the essence because of the contractor's schedule, we ended up going to a remnant dealer and making a selection from what was on hand.
