I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. Who is dumb enough to insist this has never happened before? Todd at ProSource Monroeville and Brian at Topcu. Who is dumb enough to admit this does happen and I was lied to repeatedly for over 2 months? Ed at Prosource Monroeville. Who was smart enough to give me my money back? PNC. You would be better off buying your supplies at a flea market. But if you want to buy this crap they sold me check the usual spots where people sell stuff, I will be listing it for sale there until someone buys it, which I expect will be a very long time.

We had problems from the beginning and this was an expensive five room and two hallway job. I…read morepicked out luxury vinyl flooring that I was assured would work in our home. A week before the job 75 cases of flooring were delivered to my home which had to acclimate. A field service man came out to spec the job and do moisture testing etc. He questioned with Rusmur if the floor would work as click and he was assured it could be clicked and glued. On the day of installation I was told by the installers that the click luxury vinyl flooring would not work and we had to pick other luxury vinyl flooring that was glue down only. This was after one room of carpet and padding was already removed and our house was in chaos from furniture moved into other rooms. I was originally told to expect three - four days for installation and management tells me on day 1 they had allotted 1 day for their efficient installers and that they had expected all items removed from the furniture in all the rooms. That couldn't happen! So Rusmur management found a similar product that matched in color to what I had selected and had a truck deliver the new flooring in the afternoon so the installers could continue prepping the floors they were working on. Was told it came from an air controlled warehouse and no need to acclimate. After the job was completed (day 4) the installers left and the truck finally came to pick up the incorrect 75 cases of flooring. Upon further inspection of the newly installed glued down flooring I noticed some of the tiles were not adhering to the floor and their was a noticeable dimple in one of the tiles right in the center of a hallway. During the installation the installers removed all of my quarter round molding along my baseboards to lay the flooring yet upon completion of the job I saw that they left areas of baseboard without laying quarter round i.e. in doorways and in front of forced air registers. I had my salesman come out to look at the issues and he took pictures and said someone would be calling in 2-3 days to schedule follow-up repair work. I gave them a full business week to contact me and no one has called. Rusmur is great at making a sale but they certainly fall short from verifying that the flooring selection will work, installation issues as described and poor follow-up after the fact. Quick to take your money though!

We've purchased several awnings for our deck over the past 27 years from other companies and this is our 4th Awning that we purchased from Neilly Canvas Goods Company. The owner, Les Neilly, came out to our home during the peak of his busy season and patiently sat down with us as we looked through several sample books to find the perfect awning for our home. He had more choices than any other awning company we worked with in the past. And Les truly knows his trade!! He listened patiently to what we wanted and guided us on choosing the perfect awning fabric and trim... While he was at our home, he noticed that the pitch of our awning was too flat and it caused our old awning to sag a bit in the middle ~ so he also made the necessary adjustments to the frame which made the new awning pitch and fit perfect!!! (...no other company we've worked with ever mentioned that they could adjust the existing frame the way Les did ~ we were always told we would have to invest in a whole new frame!) Les personally came out to our home several times to measure and make sure the adjustments were done correctly ~ he really takes great pride in his work! We were in a hurry to get the awning installed because we were having a party in our home the following month. It was their busy season and although they were jammed with orders, Les promised he would do his best to meet the deadline. Well, he not only was helping to install our BEAUTIFUL awning ~ he made sure it was installed before our party‼ AND ~ they called us when the season was over to schedule to remove and store our awning for the winter!!! No other awning company we worked with in the past was as thorough and caring as Neilly's... I can't say enough about this company!! If you're looking for an awning company ~ you don't have to look any further!! THIS IS THE ONLY AWNING COMPANY WE WILL EVER USE!!! If you're reading this Les, Thank you ~ it's the BEST Awning we've ever owned!!!
