I ended up having to cancel and they haven't refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding to me. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. They quoted me a worst case scenario price consisting of labor and parts (IF needed to be supplied) and ended up charging me such price despite using my provided parts and also borrowing my tools to complete the repair. I then asked for an itemized invoice to help me better understand their reasoning and they continuously refused. This after asking for a review and to let them know if was dissatisfied to make thing better. Here we are 3 months later with still no effort to make things better.
