The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

Also, the technicians did not have the tools or material required to complete installation of all the door trim on the interior and exterior. It took almost two (2) weeks for the door hardware to arrive. The door now looks really good, but the installation trim work could have looked a bit more professional. So the job did finally get completed almost satisfactorily, but things could have gone a whole lot smoother for this homeowner.

Resetting took another hour and a half. We were charged $550. Labor only. No parts. That is $225/hr. When we objected, they wouldn't budge. They said they also charged for the driving time. Since when do repair companies charge labor charges for driving to yoir home? We live 10 minutes from Boulder or Longmont. I will not use them again. They are no longer a company I trust.

Called back again before close of business at 3:40 pm, reached Rebecca again, who said the project managers were out for the day, then said she could leave a message with them to follow up after New Years Day. Began to express my frustration that they don't seem interested in actually providing a quote and have misrepresented their timeline for providing one multiple times and she hung up on me mid sentence.
