He came out straightaway, we asked some questions and he explained in a quick basic way which we understood. What definitely not to buy, to avoid with a barge pole and what you should get! Didn't rip us off, steered us actually to a different TV that was cheaper. Paid and sorted in minutes and helped us out to the car and my hubby getting it in the back of a mini! Haha! Also they have a price promise and some amazing deals so there is no faffing around googling if it is cheaper elsewhere. Happy with that.
