He also had a band in stock for the Tissot and got it swapped on the spot in just a few minutes. The shop itself is small and a bit cramped, but that's a minor detail next to the expertise. Jim clearly lives and breathes watches, and it shows in how he sizes up a problem. I couldn't recommend this place more. I'll definitely be back.

I brought it in and they told me it would take about a week and they were done appraising it in about a day. I think it helped that I had all the paperwork that mentioned what kind of stones and metals were used in my ring. When I brought the ring in, I was helped immediately and given a yellow piece of paper to bring in when I returned. They asked for my full legal name and address. They gave me a call when they were done. When I returned, I showed the slip, got my ring back, and an appraisal sheet.
