Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience! I had a terrible experience with Clivabeth Photography. The owner, Liz, was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional--especially when I reached out about my child's photos. During my daughter senior session, she was given no guidance on posing, resulting in poorly composed photos where important props blended into her white gown. Her hair and head placement weren't adjusted, and overall she received fewer and lower-quality shots compared to other students. What concerned me most was the clear difference in treatment. Another senior present received detailed pose instructions, got to review photos on the camera, and their parent was allowed to stay in the room. Meanwhile, I was asked to wait in the hallway and my daughter was rushed through her session, leaving us feeling disrespected and discriminated against. We also paid sitting fees but weren't allowed to view or help with photos. Regular school pictures had to be self-edited before ordering, and they arrived bent in the mail. Other parents I spoke with also disliked their photos and plan to retake them elsewhere. Overall, very poor service, inconsistent treatment, and low-quality results. To anyone planning the wedding of their dreams, even during the middle of a global pandemic.... please stop looking and book Clivabeth Photography ASAP!!! Elizabeth was our photographer for our engagement session in January 2020, and then again for our small, outdoor, COVID-compliant wedding on 11/14/2020. During the engagement session, she was fun, professional, and knowledgable about dog-friendly sites! We were blown away at how beautiful these shots came out, and she designed our Save the Dates with them, which everyone loved! However, during our wedding day come November, Elizabeth surpassed all previous expectations!! She was on-site a few hours prior to ceremony start to capture those fun "getting ready" moments for both myself and the groom and the ceremony space before and as guests arrived. During both the first-look and the ceremony, Elizabeth closely captured all the emotions PERFECTLY...and yet the camera's presence didn't feel intrusive at all! The rest of the night was photographed seamlessly, from family portraits to guests at their individual tables, to a socially-distanced group picture, our first dance, dinner menu options, the cake-cutting, and the bouquet toss...every little detail was captured!! By the time Elizabeth told us it was time for her to leave, we were honestly a little bummed..she absolutely felt like a friend leaving the wedding early! We received a few sneak peek shots a few days later...and they LITERALLY BROUGHT TEARS TO OUR EYES! They we're STUNNING. Once we got access to our entire wedding gallery about 3 weeks later...we were amazed to see our little (pandemic) fairy tale captured so beautifully on film. As we shared different shots on social media and with family, everyone commented on how gorgeous they were and how stellar our photographer was! We had just enough time to use some of these photos for a Christmas card, which Elizabeth quickly designed, and our friends/family loved! We're now in the process of choosing photos for different wall art pieces, which we can't wait to have in our home as forever keepsakes. As other opportunities for photoshoots or portrait sessions arise in years to come, we know EXACTLY who we will be hiring- and we'll be recommending only Clivabeth Photography to anyone in need! This was a great photo shoot experience... We had a blast with the photographer, and our family. The photos came out great and we are very happy with the results... My wife is very happy with the photos because the photographer was able to capture people in the photos with different skin tones and darker skin tones. The photographer was very cool and professional, while allowing me and my family to be ourselves. She let us have fun and try different poses, and some of those pictures with the different poses turned out to be our favorites. I don't even know where to start, Clivabeth Photograpy traveled from California for our wedding in Miami Beach FL. The fact that they are a married couple gave me a sense of calm. They new exactly what to do, they where so organized and they left my husband and I stalking there web page when they started to upload the pictures to their clients location on their website. It was like counting down for new years. Clivabeth contacted me to let me know that they where uploading the pictures to their sight so I naturally went to see where would I would need to log in when the time came. I noticed the numbers go up as it uploaded and then contacted my husband at work to let him know. He then texted me and told its at this many pictures, and then I replied an hour later to notify him of the increase from the next hour. We where so excited that we continued through the work day texting each other updates about the amount of pictures uploaded until we got home and placed the website on our tv screen and waited until it was finished. AT Midnight we went through every single picture and laughed and cried like where watching a movie. We only got three hours of sleep that night because we where so excited! There are so many moments in a wedding that you want to see because the day of your wedding goes by so fast that it feels like a whirlwind, and that is why you need a photography team that can leave you completly reassured the day of your wedding. Clivabeth did not only deliver great photos but they caught pictures of love ones, moments that we didn't even see at our wedding, and all the details and hard work that we put into our wedding they took photo's of that as well.
