He is all nice in consultation, but as soon as full payments are made he goes scarce. On wedding day he doesn't show up at all but sends some random staff we haven't met at all. Our Ceremony started at 1 PM and the staff were in a hurry going home at 3 PM while we had booked till 5 PM. They kept insisting they have another booking to go to, while Raja assured this would be his only booking for the day. Even 2 Months after the wedding and we were still waiting for our pictures. He just kept ignoring our emails, calls and texts. Finally when he picks up the call he argues with arrogance like we are asking him a favor. He falsely claims that he has already sent all the pictures, while he didn't send any. After a lot of struggle when we got hold of videos, we were extremely disappointed with the horrible quality of videos. We sent over several songs to be included in our highlights and wedding videos. None of the songs were added in videos. No efforts were put in shooting videos. We could have better off just putting a camera on Tripod and it would have been captured much better. They didn't even bother to give a mic to the Priest for wedding audio. I believe these all were outsourced and he didn't even bother to glance over before sending it over.   Key moments were missing from the wedding pictures. He didn't even bother to convert key moments like pictures with family. You would be better off handing over a camera to one of your wedding guests than hiring Raja.  I would have given it a 0 Star if I could.

My daughter Stela loved Frozen & Sylvia had a dress to loan her for her photos. My daughter mentioned she always wanted to be on the cover of a magazine & a model. Sylvia arranged it so she could model the dress & be on the cover of her own magazine that she super imposed her photo on. Sylvia is so creative. My daughter was so happy & so was I. Cutest pictures. Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event.

Even though we booked on short notice, we were still able to find a photographer. I booked and paid online, which was very simple. Then the photographer emailed me about the details. The photographer, Tomas Demenis was very nice and we had a fun experience. After he put the photos on the Eversnap website and you can download which ever photos you want! They also have an app you can also use on the phone as well. The pictures turned out great! We will definitely book with this company again!
