Here are some of the ways that Sandy truly stood out: - Both our babies were born around Christmas holiday and scheduling was not an issue at all for Sandy. She checked in ahead of the appointment to ensure we didn't need to reschedule (much needed for parents that just gave birth recently) and had our themes ready prior to us arriving. - The themes were 10/10, better than what we could've envisioned ourselves. And our themes were generic such as lemon or Christmas. - The amount of patience Sandy has is seriously amazing! Our second baby was a bit harder to photograph compared to the first, in addition to a toddler who wasn't in the mood for pictures, and it didn't phase Sandy at all. She got smiles galore out of our little one, had an eye for capturing perfect shots, and was really creative. (My son couldn't sit up yet when the picture was taken, but she managed to snap that photo as he made a game of flopping over after we arranged him in a "tripod" position.) She knows how to make the best of natural light -- even if it means rearranging the furniture a little! In our session, we got photos in our home as well as outside, photos of the baby by himself and a few of the three of us together and of the baby with each parent individually. When I got the proofs, I actually squealed my way through them I was so delighted. We ordered pictures for our friends and family (including the one shown in the examples here), who loved them and admire our family portrait, which is so natural and captures our family perfectly. The price for the session is phenomenally good and the picture prices are good as well -- when I've heard what other parents have spent on photos that were pretty good but not oh-my-gosh-she-can-photograph-our-souls good, I just shake my head. He is all nice in consultation, but as soon as full payments are made he goes scarce. On wedding day he doesn't show up at all but sends some random staff we haven't met at all. Our Ceremony started at 1 PM and the staff were in a hurry going home at 3 PM while we had booked till 5 PM. They kept insisting they have another booking to go to, while Raja assured this would be his only booking for the day. Even 2 Months after the wedding and we were still waiting for our pictures. He just kept ignoring our emails, calls and texts. Finally when he picks up the call he argues with arrogance like we are asking him a favor. He falsely claims that he has already sent all the pictures, while he didn't send any. After a lot of struggle when we got hold of videos, we were extremely disappointed with the horrible quality of videos. We sent over several songs to be included in our highlights and wedding videos. None of the songs were added in videos. No efforts were put in shooting videos. We could have better off just putting a camera on Tripod and it would have been captured much better. They didn't even bother to give a mic to the Priest for wedding audio. I believe these all were outsourced and he didn't even bother to glance over before sending it over.   Key moments were missing from the wedding pictures. He didn't even bother to convert key moments like pictures with family. You would be better off handing over a camera to one of your wedding guests than hiring Raja.  I would have given it a 0 Star if I could.
