This review is about professionalism and communication. Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was "not a good fit." No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision. Transparency and customer service is something this business needs significantly improvement.

Haircut was simple and done great. Shave was even better...hot towel to begin then trimming before the shave. A straight razor was used with cooling sensation from products applied to skin. She was charged over $300 for terrible results. BTW the website pricing states highlights start at $145. She was charged $50 for a teeny tiny trim that took less than 5 minutes and was trimmed with dry hair and was also charged extra for toner... somehow her services ended up over $300. If your staff makes a mistake you should do what it takes to fix it even if that means doing it yourself! I understand that hair prices are what they are but the customer walking out spending over $400 and hating the results is not righ! This experience has brought my daughter to tears!
