Took my fur baby here for the first time today! He's like a little cranky old man and this place took such good care of him. He got a bath, summers cut, nail trim, and teeth cleaning. He looks like a completely new dog. Thank you Clippendales for taking care of my boy while he was in your care. His haircut looks so cute with his lions tail. I've been going to Clippendales for a few years now and they're awesome! Even though I live in San Diego now, I still make the drive to SJ because I do not trust other groomers to do as great of a job as Clippendales. My sweet girl has some medical issues and they are very accommodating and provide the option of taking her in early so that she's out early, too. read more

I am so happy with the groomers at Clippendales! My dog, Tuffy, was a rescue & came to us with many wounds, & a lot of painful encounters with people, so grooming him was not an easy task. Previous groomers have told me how difficult it was to groom him - - to the point of disciple or mussel him. At those places, I always dreaded "the report card". But at Clippendales, it is 180 degree difference! Our Tuffy, is received with smiles & open arms. Over the past year, his groomer, Cassie, has helped to make (Tuffy) his mommy & daddy, along with anyone that sees him feel happy! Along with a beautiful groom, Cassie has applied animal friendly dye appropriate for the season. It has been such a joy for all to see him; an orange Mohawk for Halloween, a red heart for Valentine's Day, & a yellow sun for spring /summer. Most importantly, Tuffy, loves his groomer & she loves him! I highly recommend this place of business! Everyone there is always happy to see Tuffy, and that makes me feel good! read more

This business is racist they told me I had four missed appointments but last time they charged me $50 for a no-show and didn't tell me about the other three no shows I called this morning to make an appointment and they would not take me unless I made a payment over the phone but I don't understand I was there two weeks ago and they said nothing like that except that I had missed one appointment so I paid the $50 that they charged me and they denied me seeing them today on account of my other no shows I don't believe I had that many no shows I think these people are racist and abuse their dogs happy came back with a cut on him last time he was in I would be careful going to this business especially the Hispanics because to me I think this is a racist thing read more

Second visit and amazing both times. Susan absolutely knocked it out of the park today!! Had a pool leak which happened to run to where our Mina likes to lay. She was completely matted and smelled like pool chemicals. I know she's not the easiest (fur and sensitivity) but there's been no complaints or issues and it's because of their professionalism. Forever a customer and highly recommend, thank you!! read more

Amazing! Been having my family take there pets here for years! Everyone here is nice and very accommodating to your specific needs, if there's something they forget to mention don't be shy on asking, they really don't mind at all. My family has a wide range of different breeds from mix poodle, chihuahuas to purebred English bulldogs. P.S. The staff at clippendales is very diverse, there is no racism that goes on here. Also The staff will let you know if there's a service that can not be done to prevent Unnecessary stress, injury or anything that can cause health concerns to the dog. They are paid professionals and passionate in what they do, not just for themselves but for the clients as well (the little doggos!). I just wanted to debunk some of the bad comments. There are many loyal and first time customers that can back this up. read more

Don't take your dog here!!! Overpriced and got the exact opposite of what we wanted! I can't even post pictures of what they did because it's too graphic!! I don't know if we got a new hire or something but my poor dog got a rash around his private area because they cut his hair too short. They honestly just took a machine towards him and didn't even bother to style it in any way possible. Not coming here again read more

They did an amazing job with my dog! Very happy with the service. It's a nice, clean place. We will definitely go back

I like that they took my baby in on the spot for a bath and brush was OK with the fee for last minute service but as I left she mentioned it was in a go up a little bit . When I got there to pick up my baby boy it went up $30 I end up paying $110 for a bath and brush . My dog is a Newfoundland just wish I was told it was going to be over $100. Other than that they did a very great job on him if there was better communication they would've got a five star for me . read more

This place was alright. I took my boy here for the first time a few weeks back and they were kind of expensive in comparison to other places I've taken him to and they did a great job on him as well but why im really leaving the review is below.. The girls there were sweet but when I picked up my labradoodle and was down the street my wife turned to look at him and he was shaking and his nail was bleeding profusely. So we called and drove back for them to fix it as best as possible but omg there was sooo much blood and it made a complete MESS all over the back seat of my car that doubles as my office for work. They knew they went too low on the nails why didnt they give me a heads up, instead I got his blood all over my car it was a complete disaster. They also didn't round out his nails after clipping them and that resulted in HUGE gashes down the side of his neck from him scratching regularly but his neck was literally tore up. My poor guy man. Just double check your babies before you leave this place. I understand things happen but the right thing to do is to remember a booboo was made and to bring it to the owners attention prior to them leaving the business. Awesome work cutting my boy and making him look handsome but these are the reason I won't return. I even tipped the chick 20 bucks. Please just do the right thing Clippendales. You have an amazing business but will lose clients such as myself for not being mindful of rookie mistakes such as what my baby went through his first time at your business. read more

I have been taking my husky here regularly for the past few years now and they have always done a fantastic job. I don't know how they do it, but her coat always looks great after the bathing & deshedding treatments there. The ladies who work there are friendly, polite, and professional. The salon itself is clean and smells fresh every time i have been there. I drive here all the way from Menifee because it's so worth it, and I plan on continuing to bring my pets here for years to come. Their prices are affordable and they offer a wide variety of grooming services. My husky hates baths, but they provide a comfortable and calm environment that puts your pets at ease. I would recommend Clippendales Pet Grooming to anyone. read more

Brad M. Never go there! My wife took our dog in to be groomed. When she went to pick him up. The lady handed him to her and did not say anything and acted like she did not have time to talk. (In my wife's words she was very rude) When she got home, I noticed a bright red spot on his back. I took him to the vet and they said that he had been burned. Now he has a bald spot on his back! I will never recommend Clippendales to anyone ever!!! read more

Clippendales Pet Grooming - This is what they did! - Pet Groomers Near Me - San Jacinto, California

Do NOT take your dog here, you will regret it. I took my dog here a month ago. First off the appt I scheduled 1 week prior was at 2pm. They called at 9am day of appt wanting me to rearaign my schedule to bring him in at 10 which was not possible for me. I have a special needs elderly dog. He's 15, blind, 1/2 deaf with health and heart issues that can not with stand long grooming sessions due to separation anxiety in a new & strange place. I was told it would take 2 hours (which is his max time limit on withstanding grooming) and it took over 3 hours. I was a first time customer and they treated me like crap. They did not groom him as requested. And they did not handle him properly in front of me for his blindness. They let him go long on the leash and didn't pay attention and he got tangled up in some table legs. I can only imagine what happened while I wasn't there. Being a new customer you would think they would take extra care to retain my business, yet they failed all around on every level AND charged me an extra $10 from what I was quoted on the phone and at drop off time. They did such a crappy job on the groom as well. My dog normally gets groomed every 4-6 wks, yet he had to be groomed again in 2 weeks as they barely shaved the hair down on his back. Of 15+ years of grooming, Clippendales was by far the worst place I've been to (and I've lived in 2 states and 4 city's since I've had him) read more

Extremely rude service. Walked in and received 0 greetings and a bunch of dirty looks from the women working here. They did a good job on my dog, but terribly failed at providing friendly customer service. The women in the back had especially bad attitudes, why would you ever think it's ok to stare down a customer amidst a transaction? No exchange of words whatsoever, just a disgusting glare. Apparently that's how this business operates- the environment was uncomfortable to be around. None of them were wearing masks while working on the dogs. I've visited a lot of the dog shops in hemet/San Jacinto and would highly recommend any other service EXCEPT here. You don't get to treat customers poorly and still expect a growing clientele. read more

Absolutely loved the way this group groomed my three babies! I'm so glad this business was recommended to me; I will not be returning to my previous groomer. 10/10 recommend! read more

Wonderful groomers!!! My standard poodle looked beautiful when I picked her up. The gals are so sweet and friendly. Live this place!!!

Knowledgeable, caring, kind and professional staff! My dogs were a little timid but the ladies there made them feel right at home.

Would take my dog to get groomed and was always satisfied by the impeccable job! By far the best grooming style I have ever seen. Adopted a new female pet and also had her groomed. The groomer assigned to her tells me she is a little uncomfortable, but does okay. The once excellent customer service begins to shift. Granted their prices increase in January, but now they add an extra fee for using your debit card. Alright, so, took our girl to her fourth grooming session. Everything is alright so it seemed until the groomer charges me an additional $10 fee claiming my dog caused liability? She said she previously mentioned that my pet didn't like getting groomed in the past. Um, if this is valid, why did she fail to mention my dog was once nervous but overall did okay? Why did she not refuse service in the past? I understood my dogs were being denied future services. I tolerated the poor customer service behavior as I appreciated the extra efforts the groomer made to giving my dog an amazing hair cut. Strongly caution customers of slight irritation to the genitalia regions, snooty behavior, extra merchant credit charges, increase in service charge, and complaints of your pets being said uncomfortable. read more

First visit here...my yorkie needed a major makeover...They did an amazing job. I will definetly be going back for sure.

My sister took her dog there and was treated rudely from the moment she walked in. The owner took her dog and after my sister explained her last experience at a different groomer, the owner responded with "Well when you bring her in THIS condition!" and proceeded to repeat herself. My sister saw she was getting physically upset and when she asked her "Are you getting upset?" The lady responded "I must just be having a bad day" My sister took her dog in fear of her dog being mistreated if left there. You don't treat your customers like that. It was her first (and last) experience there. You should think twice about unloading your bad day on a customer who is about to spend money in your establishment. Shame on you. read more

A few minutes after walking in the door I was greeted by a really friendly girl. I was a first time customer they walked me thru the process. Very friendly with our dog, which that is a plus to me. One thing I did not like I dropped my dog off at 12:40 my appt was at 1. They told me about 3 to 4 hours. I got to the shop around 4:57 they were working on my dog. She got full groom, the hair cut was obviously done by amateur because it was not perfect. For a small breed I paid 45$ plus tip. I wasn't impressed with the cut but I got to say friendly staff, for that reason I will visit again read more

Clippendales recently groomed my toy poodle and maltipoo and wow did they do an amazing job!! They are the best groomers that I have ever taken my dogs to!
