I have been a customer of this Storage Max in Clinton, Mississippi since 2019. Since the beginning, I have always paid my unit 6-months in advance. Indeed, I received a discount for my commitment to pay for my unit 6-months in advance. In January 2023, my firm issued a check in the amount of $645.00 for 6- months. My next payment would be July 2023. Nonetheless, I received an email notice in beginning of May 2023, that my account is past due. Initially, ignored the email believing this was a scam. I did follow up with the next email and a call that my account was pass due of $11.00. Within two days, I received another delinquent notice of approximately $39.00. In attempt to resolve this issue, I brought my receipts, cancelled checks to show to the Storage Max Manager at the Clinton location. Importantly, my documentation was proof of my payment history, discount and no issues for three years. Nonetheless, the Storage Max Manager stated she did not need to see my paper work. But, she could not help me because her computer system was down. She said that some one would call me back. No ever called me back. So within a week, I was emailed delinquent notices starting at $11.00 then $39.00 then to $83.00 now $183.00. I called Storage Max only to have the Representative Mary informed me that the Storage Max Manager in Clinton is the only one to discuss billing. Representative Mary would not give me the name of the Regional contact or number. This is exhausting. So, I going back to the Storage Max Manager for her to delay a response. I don't even know if I am able to file a complaint with the company because Representative Mary stated that she does not accept complaints for billing. read more

Over the course of the past 15 years I rented 3 different units of increasing size at the Springridge Road location. I was impressed with the site managers from the start. I recently had a need for a storage unit for a short term. This storage facility was adequate and clean and dry. Accessibility with a trailer is tight but doable. The highlight of my business with them however is in the high level of customer service offered by the people in the office. Particularly, upon exiting on the last day I found out that the trailer I had reserved at a nearby rental place was not available. I was going to be pushed into the next month. While I was able to get another day rental on the storage unit, Stacy also made calls for me to try to secure a rental trailer at other local rental places. Just did everything she could to help me.
