However, I wasn't disappointed in their work. They came out to my property the same day to stake the property, and charged me exact what they told me on the phone. In fact, the Project Manager actually drove back to pick up the check from me because I had asked him to and thought it'd be better if they were paid right then and there. They had driven irons back into the ground and put up wooden stakes that were easily seen. Awesome stuff. And they had told me that they couldn't get out here until the next day, but was early on the work. I'm glad they came out, but they need to be a little quicker on the draw for easy jobs next time as far as quotes go.

It auto renews without them having to notify you and even if you cancel when your tenants term ends and give them 60 days notice (I did) Unfortunately I was hit with a huge fee without warning (despite giving them notice) when I sold my house.
