However, I wasn't disappointed in their work. They came out to my property the same day to stake the property, and charged me exact what they told me on the phone. In fact, the Project Manager actually drove back to pick up the check from me because I had asked him to and thought it'd be better if they were paid right then and there. They had driven irons back into the ground and put up wooden stakes that were easily seen. Awesome stuff. And they had told me that they couldn't get out here until the next day, but was early on the work. I'm glad they came out, but they need to be a little quicker on the draw for easy jobs next time as far as quotes go.

The city was in receipt of a signed letter of notification from a T.W. before conducting surveying work in and around that property. A gentleman did come out and ask us to leave the property when we were conduction the survey and we complied. I do not know what more we could have done. This person is not the current property owner and I can only assume he is a guest of the property owners?

When I told him to get off my property he laughed and said it isn't mine. While standing in my front lawn. After being informed who was responsible for the trespass, I made a complaint to the utility commission who asked Osborne what happened. Like any dishonest business owner he lied to protect future contracts. If an allied employee trespasses on your property and doesn't offer identification, handle it yourself within your rights as a property owner and let police sort it out. These people are liars and only out for themselves.

It was almost impossible to get all the inspections arranged and completed with such a quick time frame. I contacted Stone Land Surveying Company by email, and I had a response almost immediately, even though it was "after hours". Stone Land Surveying Company agreed to complete the inspection safely within the 10 day window, even working on the weekend, just in case they ran into any difficulties.
