There's no real reason to make an appointment here, as you will absolutely be waiting 2+ hours to see the joke of a "doctor". The paperwork that I saw said he was a PA, but he doesn't seem to know much of anything that's going on. (The day I was there, a new girl started. Took my ID to make a copy and lost it within 2 minutes, mixed my paperwork up with someone else's and was rude when she saw that I wasn't thrilled) Since this is a clinic that a certain chiropractor refers patients to, that's the only reason this place gets a lot of patients. They over charge and under serve. There are so many clinics and nice doctors offices in Houston, don't use this one!

So no problem, rescheduled then i waited 1.5 hours to see Dr. for him to tell me he couldn't help me because they didn't have my mri..ok so he just said for me to fedex the images and he'll look at them and call me with his results. So I fedexed the images and called the office to make sure they had received them. they did but recommended that i came in so he could review the images with me. fine so did that. Second appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am. Arrived at 11:25 and waited until 2:23 pm to be seen. I was calm and questioned the dr. on what an acceptable wait time is for a patient that has an appointment. He asked me what my opinion was to which i replied that I was asking the question to him? i had waited almost 3 HOURS for him to review my mri. He then said he was busy and working to which i replied that i wasn't questioning the fact that he was working/busy and that maybe he is overbooking his patients. I told him I work as well and that if my time was important and as valuable as his. His reply then was that he was refusing to see me and that i could take my mri cd and leave. Not the way a professional should treat his clients. I will not be back. Sure wished he valued his patients. I wonder how he treats his staff...

There are several Medical Offices and different types of doctors on premises. Unfortunately, there are only 3 medical offices. Most of time, 2 of them are closed. Not too long ago, I was desperately looking for someone to treat my condition. But I can't find any urgent care or available doctors at any of these offices. See what I mean? Something is missing here. In my honest opinion, there should be some doctors would open their practices to fill these open spaces. I don't mean to open an urgent care at this mall. Because there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate at Dynasty Plaza. Alas, Dynasty Medical Center is still a pretty good location for patients. Just look at these new restaurants opened up recent months. I hope to see this mall prosper.
