Comments like, I don't know if what happened with you is truth at work or have you been here before, I haven't seen you before. He implied that my story that I told him isn't reliable. No thorough diagnosis no prescription give. He was absolutely RUDE not only his tone of voice but also his behavior. This doctor is an absolute Big JOKE! He refers me to a psychiatrist named Aurora Garima who is happened to be in the same practice who spoke with me less that 20 min and charged my insurance for almost $600 in addition this person refers me to Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire located not faraway from their practice saying I can rest there for about a week and I will feel better. This psychiatrist sent me to a facility which later I discovered under the federal investigation by the department of justice because of Medicaid and Medicare ABUSE and FRAUD. I was locked up against my will for 8 days and they charged my insurance almost $10k. I recorded everything I saw in the psych ward, I saw they kept patients their to milk insurance money against their WILLS. An elderly woman locked up, pleading for HELP inside this place she asked me if I could help her when I got out. She whispered to me that they were for insurance $$$, I observed and found to be truth backup with research and FACTS when I left the facility. If you are going to come to Bellaire general practice for help, DO THINK TWICE. You may need to seek 2nd opinion because they are incompetent. After I left Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire, I went to see a different physician and told them everything that happened to me, that physician diagnosed me with anxiety because of workplace bully and being traumatized by the treatment of BHB in addition and sent me back to work with paper. I almost lose my job because of the incompetence none specialty of this practice and it snowballed into FRAUD and ABUSE by Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire (UHS chain) which under investigation since 2015. I hope those who wrong public serve their times when the investigation is over. I do not recommend this practice because they are clueless and rude, find a different place instead!!!!

This past time, I needed a physical before the end of the fiscal year at my work, so I needed an appt on short notice. The appt staff worked with me and help me find an appt that worked around my busy work schedule and squeezed me in. When I got there, the check in process has much improved and quicker. The doc was a bit late but the woman at the desk kept me updated. I appreciate over communication vs little or none. It makes me feel like I'm not being forgotten or neglected. Finally saw the doc, who is always pleasant and takes time, not seeming rushed with you and will stay to answer every question. The check out process is super easy now as well, making my whole experience a happier one than other doc offices.

I went to their website (diabetesXamerica.com) and was automatically forwarded to another site (stercorXaceous.club) that had lots of bells and warning messages, saying my PC had been locked up and to call "Apple System Security" with a fake phone number. Then I could not get off the page - that website put me in full screen mode with no menu options. I finally escaped that screen, but in less than 2 minutes my history is filled with repetitive forwarding to the website 93 times! So either Diabetes America has closed down or they've been hacked. Either way, it makes me wonder if my medical records are safe. Okay, now I get to scan my PC for viruses. NOT fun. So for many reasons, I do not recommend this place (if they're still in business). They didn't know what they were doing when I saw them, and now their website takes you to a hacker, spammer, or who knows what. Stay far away from them. Note: I added "X" in the middle of the website names because Yelp turned them into a clickable links. I didn't want anyone to accidentally click on either link.

She possesses a great balance between friendliness and seriousness (where needed). EHMG accepts most major insurance providers and they have a large, comfortable waiting room. Their staff is bilingual and can accommodate ellos que hablen espanol. The patient areas are always clean and organized. I have always been able to book appointments within 1-2 weeks notice. This clinic also offers an online patient service where you can view test results and communicate with your doctor on a non-emergency basis for general questions and requests. Parking lot is sufficient and I have never had any issues finding spots close to the entrance.

So, I opted to switch to a new doctor, and I'm glad I did. Dr. Cram is my new doctor, and she's efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely a great combination. Best of all, the entire staff is efficient, and there's not a long wait like my last doctor (updated review coming). I was in and out in an hour, and that's from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. It only took that long because they ran some tests to make sure everything was okay. The office shares a space with an ob/gyn practice, so be prepared for the children running around and sometimes throwing tantrums. Not this practice's fault, but just putting that out there.

Dottie Wisdom is the manager and has been there since my first visit in as early as 2003 if not before and is exceptional at what she does. Any of her staff are above average and are all well educated in their field. Trish, the office manager has been there since I started as well. So if you need rehab on a problem area, injury or after surgery these are the people to see.

People are waiting three days to get a room out of emergency. In the meantime the hospital tried to hide it and keep offering different procedures to keep the patients hoping they would get seen. I know every patient does not need bloodwork , iv port, ekg , X-ray or cat scan but yet each of us no matter our illness was offered that protocol followed by hours and hours of waiting to see a doctor. Occasionally the security guard tries to get family out of waiting room literally living patients to care for themselves alone. Some way too sick for that. One man fell and busted his head on the hand sanitizer stand causing him to bleed and projectile vomit. The front desk didn't know what to do. Er staff to busy to attend to him. Patients helped him up. Patients who left AMA were literally Dis missed at the counter after they removed the iv port that they never needed anyway. Just a bandaid and sign here. Scam to book insurance money and extend the expected wait time. Please do my take your family to this ER ever. The care didn't improve after much complaining we got a hospital bed over 12 hrs later. The hospital doesn't communicate within departments and cannot give true answers on when you will see a doctor , get transferred or dismissed.
