Like somehow that's my problem and an acceptable reason for being matter of fact about everything. I waited an hour and a half before they decided to give me pain meds in my I.V. The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! I'm about to yank this IV out and get me an Uber back to my truck. I'm over this already. Been here 2 hrs and still know nothing.

If you need to eat something or need to use the restroom slightly you better do it before you walk in here because once you leave out of the door you are not allowed to come back. This is clearly stated by sign at several places inside. I am thinking of the song Hotel California as I sit here and attempt to do a review on a little droid platformed phone. You bring your appointment receipt to the receptionist, sign in and be prepared to wait an eternity plus. Tthe receptionist will be the same lady taking your pulse to make sure you did nor come in here a a zombie. The is kind of cute, in fact the only thing worth looking at since behind you is a sausage fest of big hairy burly ugly guys waiting to be processed like cattle. After you have been humiliated by some dude with ugly fingers for your hernia test and some other battery of test (eye sight, ears, nose, pulse, motivation of body movements, hair samples and nutsack jingling) you will be released into the wild like some tagged fish let back into a lake. One large note I need to tell you about the hair folicle test is that you will need to have at least 1/2" of hair on your body and at least 120 strands. So if you have very short hair, hairless chest, don't have a gorilla backing then you better find some way to get them a sample or you might not pass your physical test that your new employer requires you too. I thought I was ship out of luck and was contemplating on offering a few pubic hair rounds but decided to spare the awkwardness of the situation. They will even take your armpit hairs as samples too (eww I know that's gross, but I did not have any there as well). Then you sit and wait. The longest I've ever had to wait is 15 minutes or so, and that was without an appointment. The workers have always been super friendly and are really good at blood draws (all I've had done there), so I appreciate that! I love that it's right down the road from my house and super easy to get in and out. They also have your name on a board that shows your wait time so that's nice as well. I really don't like having blood drawn, but sometimes it's necessary and sometimes you do it because it's the right thing to do (like for a blood drive). So when you can go somewhere that can make it quick, easy, and pretty much painless, with minimal bruising, then yes that makes me a fan!

Unfortunately I got bit 2 times today for whatever reason they couldn't find blood. Also felt my hematologist could've been a little more animated as opposed to being a zombie today on top of her apparently letting the less experienced person try to draw blood for me. I have come across good hematologists in the past at other Quest unfortunately though not here, won't return.

I said "okay I understand" and walked out. I thought it was NOT a way to communicate things. I hope she did not mean it in any rude way instead she was just having a bad day or something.
