I'm one who does extensive research and looking for a HVAC company is no different. You may think one HVAC company is the same. One air conditioner is not as different as another. However, personal customer service is the key for building relationships which reflects in repeat and new customers. The Brewers are family owned with 40+ years experience. I had a so called HVAC service tell me my freon was low and told a new unit be 15,000+. Well knew something was wrong with that picture . I went online and looked at reviews and found Climate Design to be exceptional. They weren't selling me a new unit but came to do a courtesy call to check if my HVAC needed anything. I was given Climate Design as a recommendation from a friend. The company is small and family owned and committed to customer service. They made an appt. for a proposal and price was right, along with suggestions and recommendations on what they recommended and didn't recommend. Bob and his son arrived early on the scheduled installation date, worked in the rain and finished in a day and half. I was overly impressed with their thoroughness in explaining all to me and the finished product. Also signed up for the yearly maintenance contract which is more than reasonable to keep my AC running smoothly. I love these guys, Bob & Stephen! We feel so lucky to have run across them. We live in Florida - A/C is like air you need to breathe! They respond quickly. They very obviously CARE. Too many companies do NOT know what customer service is and these guys DO! I cannot say enough good things about them. Upon hearing from my elderly mother who lives in the Orlando area (I live in Kentucky) that her air conditioner wasn't working properly I immediately started making calls. Climate Design was recommended. Upon calling I was reassured that her problem would be looked into ASAP. This is who you want to do business with! Their sales rep, Jake Stein, was professional and gave clear, easy to understand options on my choices. The installers Chad and Sheldon, arrived on time and went above and beyond my expectations. They took time to answer my questions and any concerns I had and give me a short tutorial on the thermostat. A follow up licenced electrian arrived after installation was completed and told me I needed to upgrade the breaker system, my box was the original from 1987, but it was included with my purchase price. I have a 10 year warranty on parts, 12 years on compressor, and 1 year on labor. What more could you ask for? read more

Bob and his crew were very professional. Several times they thanked me for my business. Despite a couple of unexpected snags that required them to do some extra work, they stuck with the price they quoted me. They kept me updated on what they were doing and were clearly focused on doing a quality job. Everyone knows the feeling of being in Florida heat with no A/C. Earlier today, my A/C stopped wanting to turn on, so I immediately went to Yelp and found Climate Design at the top of the list. Climate Design is the best AC company I have used in my many years in Florida. Very professional, work diligently!!! and at a fair price. Called Climate Design today based on Yelp reviews and proximity to my house - I spoke to Bob and he was at my house within 2 hours. Thankfully it was a minor issue (clogged line) and Bob was able to take care of it - he explained the problem, gave me a couple maintenance tips, checked both the inside and outside units, and we had beautiful, blessedly cold air within 25 mins!!
