I feel bad writing a bad review but, we had a unit installed only three years ago, and when it stopped working properly I was told it was still under warranty. However, I was required to pay a $98 diagnostic fee just to see if the issue was covered. The technician ended up charging me $196 for "miscellaneous repairs," though no one could explain exactly what that covered. The total bill was $294. When I asked for clarification later, the office could not explain the charge either. I called several times before finally being told that it was for the technician's "time to run tests." In reality, he spent most of the time outside on his phone and never even came inside to check the unit. This feels like I was charged for nothing and misled. We pay for expertise, not training or wasted time. A simple call back, an honest explanation, an apology, or sending out a knowledgeable technician would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left with unnecessary charges and still no solution until we went elsewhere. If this is how their technicians operate, I cannot recommend Climate Control. Always double-check with another company before committing. They lost me as a customer. read more

Very upset with my so called furnace check up. I was quoted $125 for the check up but after the tech was finished (in less of an hour) he informed me it was $250. not sure how this could happen since climate control installed both my furnaces and air conditioners. very unprofessional with no follow up call, response from the office even after I requested. Not a good way to do business since it felt like a money grab. I also felt I had as much knowledge on my systems than the tech did. He had no idea how my whole house humidifier worked or recommendations on repair or replacement. Brutal! Double check with other companies before you commit with Climate Control. A simple call back with an apology and sending out a knowledgeable tech to to conduct a free double check would have gone a long way. They lost me as a customer. read more

I have been a customer for 15 yrs. and am very happy with the services we have always received from them. It starts with Megan answering the phone to when Paul comes to our home to service the furance. We recently needed to have a hot water heater installed & Brian & his guys did a great job with taking the old heater out & installing the new one along with cleaning up & we felt the price to be very competitive along with getting a great water heater. We are most satisficed and impressed with Climate Control. The squirrel cage in the furnace broke, which then messed up the motor bearings. This obviously made running air conditioner not possible. As our system was 19 years old, best option was a complete furnace and air conditioner replacement. We highly recommend Climate Control. They gave us options, and we went with the 96% efficiency Bryant system. They were prompt, and walked us through everything that was to be done. Their workers did a very professional install, were extremely knowledgeable of our needs and layout, and offered after completion follow-up questions I had. Gary, Brian, Tim, and the 3 workers were incredible. Megan in office kept us up to date with calls and texts letting us know on schedules. Most impressive!! They cleaned up very well, you wouldn't even know they were here. They suggested an additional cold air return in the basement ceiling that really helps balance temps in the house as well. We are seeing in rooms a more balanced comfort level, with no more temperature differences room to room. The basement is not a ice box now. Nice to know the system is now 96% efficient that replaced the old 80% builders model. The new Ecobee thermostat with Bluetooth access is wonderful. We highly recommend them! read more

If there is a rating higher than 5 stars, these people are so much more than deserving of it. We had called them to have our furnace checked for winter and to take care of anything that we may need concerning maintenance for the upcoming year. Not only were they out within a couple of days, but everything we needed done was taken care perfectly. Not only can we thank them for being the people they are, the way they treat their clients, but for the serviceman, Paul, who was here to oversee all that needed to be done, & without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Made an appointment. Received a confirmation and reminder email. Company was a no show. When i called to find out how late they were running, they claimed "computer glitch" and said they did not have a techinician available for the scheduled appointment. Find someone reliable. read more
