    Have done great work for us for several years. Very reasonable and have gone out of way to get the job done, Call them, you won"t regret it.

    We have had the WORST experience with this place. The customer service is horrendous! Called on a…read moreMonday and was told that someone "might" be out that afternoon but they didn't know for sure. The guy comes out that afternoon and says that they have to order a part and it will be in by Thursday. Great. Talked to him about my conversation earlier with the receptionist about making payments and he says "yea it's not too much so i'm sure we can work with you on it". Thursday afternoon rolls around and we have not heard anything from them. So I call the office and the lady that answers the phone says that they had to order the part from somewhere else and that it won't be in until Friday. I tell her that someone should have called to tell us that (because it's like 100 degrees outside) and she says "yea I should have called and told you but I forgot. It should be in between 11-12 and someone will be out tomorrow afternoon to put it on". So Friday comes and still by noon, no call. I call the office and the receptionist is BEYOND hateful and rude. I say "we had an appointment for someone to come out and fix our unit" and before I could tell her anything else she says "we don't make appointments" in a very hateful tone. So i talk to the parts lady who proceeds to say that they don't know where the part is... .and don't do a whole lot to find out why it has been stuck in Memphis for 2 days. So then I'm told it MIGHT be Monday, they don't know for sure. Mind you, it is one of the hottest weekends ever, and they "can't do anything". When i talk to the OWNER his question of "well did someone promise they would be out there to do it" says all i need to know about this company. YOUR WORD SHOULD BE YOUR PROMISE. And YES, 2 of their employees told me they would be out to fix it THURSDAY AND THEN FRIDAY! So Monday morning i get a call from Aaron, the service manager. He says he has a temporary part he can put on the unit to at least get it working so we have air (why could they not do this FRIDAY?!) Great. He gets it put on, air is working great. Today he calls and says the part is in (it only took 2 days instead of 3 like they said). He puts it on and tells my husband the total. My husband tells him that we had talked with the office and they were going to let us make payments on it. Aaron tries to intimidate my husband and says "no you're paying the whole thing today, we don't take payments". Once I was on the phone and told him the same thing, he called the office and they told him that they were going to let us make payments on it. We gave him half of the cost, he never said thank you, have a nice day, or nothing. Basically, not professional, they don't keep their word, you have to "promise" to do the service, and they're hateful. We will NEVER use them again. After talking with the owner today, he did not seem too concerned about his employee's behavior and blamed it all on FED EX for losing the part.

    The absolute worst service. Arranged for them to meet at 9 am to replace a unit. Because we had a 2…read morehour drive to meet them it was important to be on time. Not only were they 3 hours late with no explanation, they were rude to boot. When you are going to spend thousands you'd think they would care more about the customer. Avoid at all costs!

After…read moreputting my faith in them, becoming a subscriber and using them for plumbing help, I have had the following experience: I had a shower that was not draining and we called the Lee Company to come and check it. The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Even if you reconfirm appointments, sometimes they don't come and they don't call.

Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. I'd get any other company besides this one. You'll be wasting your time with Lee Company.
