From the start, Spencer and his team were communicative in all aspects of planning. The value that you get for this venue is insane - the cost includes a DJ with Spencer's company, Style Matters (shoutout to John Simmons - you were amazing at our wedding and kept our dance floor full all night long!), a ride around town/photo shoot with a vintage beautiful Rolls Royce, a photobooth, graphic design services, candle treatment throughout the venue, and beautiful chairs/tables. We will forever be grateful to your whole…read moreteam, special mention to Chyrel, Camille, Megan! :) To share our whole experience having them in my life, We got married in July 2019 but they started helping us March of 2018. We initially found them because we were looking for a boxwood type with white flowers drop flowing as a backdrop for the reception venue, then found out that they do wedding coordination. So we had them as my day of wedding coordinator and for the flower wall. As we continue to plan our wedding, we had such a hard time looking for a florist that understands our vision. We wanted it to be us, personal, cozy, comfortable, romantic and welcoming. Me and my husband come from different cultures and needed someone to understand that our concepts of celebration is different. We shared our concerns with Chyrel and she told me they do flowers and event design! She is an angel! We took time to think about it and continued to look for a florist, but among 8 florists, she was the one who saw my vision and was open to try what we wanted. So we had them design our reception venue and took care of the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. After that, they have made my year of wedding plan so easy! Coming close to the wedding, we did mock up table settings that gave us and Chyrel an opportunity to collaborate and share ideas on how to make it better. One of the many things I love about Chyrel is, she allows us to voice our opinion, she hears us, she gives her input, then we come up something together that is so much better! With the wedding coordination, Chyrel and Camille helped us build the timeline, reached out to all our vendors- church coordinator, dj, photographer, videographer, venue coordinator, everyone that is involved in our wedding and made sure everyone is on the same page for wedding day. On the wedding day, Camille was there bright and early in our hotel rooms, running back and forth, checking on me and my husband, making sure we are fine, and on schedule. My dad didn't eat much for breakfast and was getting light headed in church. Camille in the rescue and had some granola bars ready and definitely made my dad feel better. (Also, I didn't know this was happening at that time until my dad told me a few days after the wedding). She also did a McDonalds run for my wedding entourage for snacks in the bus after the ceremony. :) When we got to the reception venue, everything was perfect! Everything was what we envisioned it to be, even more! It was so beautiful. We truly gasped when we saw everything! The timeline for the reception when smoothly because of them! They coordinated well with the DJ and came up with plans when we needed to modify things. They also helped my maid of honor plan her powerpoint surprise while making her speech. There are still so many things we can talk about how much they helped us throughout the wedding process. They just moved their business 2 blocks down the street on North Avenue to 2605 West North Avenue…read more They moved from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor (street level) into a larger space that they now rent out for events. The new location can accommodate up to 80 people and they can furnish anything and everything from chairs and tables to flower walls and decorations. Food, desserts, beverages and music. They did a wedding with a couple of fabulous chinese dragons. Their main business so far has been weddings, but they are ready to dive into the event business also. The event space had an Italian village theme with delicious italian food, limoncello, italian ice, cofee and an awesome sweets table along with a photobooth with one of their beautiful flower walls.
