So I wonder if my review will be taken down because it's positive. We have been with Wonderland for one year and we want to continue to be with them but my oldest is going to an elementary school that is on the opposite direction, so now I have to take my little one out of Wonderland. It was such a hard decision because they are so awesome and accommodating. You won't go wrong with this school. Each teacher has a heart of gold. They see each child like their own. Both of my children love coming to the school. They feel safe and cared for. I recommend taking your child to the school and see if they truly fit with the atmosphere. They do follow the Montessori style in which they respect a child's choices in learning. My daughter started reading at two years old. By the time she was four years old, she was able to read a Dr. Seuss's book on her own. This is because of Montessori style embraces children's development at each stage. Each child is different in their speed and interest. This school help harness their talents and geared them to practical learning that helps incorporate the foundations of how to learn and how to think while building their self confidence and self motivation. We love all the teachers here. They all work in unison. Safety is their top priority thus giving an environment that will propel a child's curiosity which will mold them into a responsible life learner. I could write a long excerpt of how good this place is, but again you have to drop by and allow your child to choose and see if it is a best fit. Again, you won't go wrong here. We will sorely miss this place. We will highly recommend this school.

Our experience improved greatly once Ms. Kathy took over. Our daughter enjoyed going to class everyday. We previously had our daughter at a local daycare and we found the Montessori curriculum and philosophy better suited for our daughter's educational needs.

After touring the school, we learned that the students are offered advanced opportunities in several areas. The Smart Lab, available on all grade levels, teaches modern technological skills. My grandchildren are happier than they were at a different Christian school and are excelling here at POPCS. Looking forward to many more years to enjoy this institution as the girls grow up.

The high academic standards and expectations are a big reason why we are satisfied but also the loving, welcoming and inviting community of students and families. If you are looking for a place to call home where you can find a school family that really welcomes you in, this is the perfect place for you! Also, this is the only private christian school in north texas to offer something like the Eagle Success center that can really provide academic programs suited for true gifted and talented children (not just academically advanced) as well as programs for learning differences. And the Smart labs are second to none. Check it out - you won't regret it!

We took them out until we could figure out what was going on. When we were ready to have them go back our spots had been filled. I did a search of the area and stumbled upon Happy Tree. Ms. Danielle was extremely responsive and we had a brief phone call before we toured the school. During the phone call with Ms. Danielle it just felt right. When we toured, I knew it was right. When they were enrolled, they had just turned two and within weeks I could see a huge difference in their growth and development. They are now 4.5 and came home one day and recited all the presidents! They are writing and spelling their names, adding and subtracting and much, much more. It's extremely bittersweet that they are moving on and we will very much miss Happy Tree and all they've done to prepare them for their future education.

He became so comfortable with the teachers in his class that he would specifically look for them when he walked in the building. They are so loving and caring. I had some apprehension because my son has a hearing aide that needs to be removed for naps and water activities. It is also extremely difficult to get him to keep it in and for other students not to yank at it. They took the time to learn how to place and remove the device and also helped him keep up with it. As he moved up in classes, he became just as fond of the new teachers as the old and they encouraged some independent learning. They also got him to eat vegetables almost everyday which is impossible at home. We wouldn't have believed it if we didn't see it with our own eyes. Another great thing about the facility is you can pop in on your child any day or any time. They have an open door policy for parents and it makes you feel at ease when they are willing to be so open. We moved and had to change child care. It was a difficult decision to make because our son enjoyed his classmates and teachers so much.

We were looking for a school that provides the same structure, schedule, and engagement as we have at home for our little one. This school is everything and then some! We were expecting him to still be a little emotional as he was still on daily pain medication, but were surprised to be called 2 out of 5 days to pick him up within 2 hours of drop off. I would think that they would have floaters and processes to help a child adjust to a new program. I requested in writing footage of his meltdown with his teacher on Friday, and never received a response. We were then phoned on Friday afternoon by the Director, stating that they were not equipped to provide care for my son and that a refund check for the weeks I had paid in advance would be waiting for me to pickup the following Monday. I requested my application fee also be refunded, and the school has refused. My son is now at day 5 in what was originally our 2nd choice daycare and has not had any incidents. I wish we would have went with them in the first place and not relied on the Primrose name.

Overall rating: 1 star for the center (5 stars for Classroom 250; 1 star for Classroom 300; 0 stars…read morefor the Director and Owner). Our child attended this center for seven months and was enrolled in both Classrooms 250 and 300. Our initial experience was positive but since Dec 2025, the center became increasingly disorganized, and the overall quality noticeably declined. Classroom 250 - 5 stars: The teachers were caring, patient, and nurturing. Our child enjoyed being with them. However, since Dec 2025, the lead teacher has had frequently been asked to cover other classrooms. Children in Classroom 250 were occasionally combined with those in Classroom 200, which raises concerns about classroom consistency and supervision. Classroom 300 - 1 star: There were significant supervision and hygiene issues in Classroom 300. Basic practices--such as ensuring children wash their hands after outdoor play and before snack time--were not consistently followed. During our child's transition from Classroom 250 to 300, he experienced two separate playground incidents within 24 hours. One resulted in a bruise right by his left eye after falling from a bike because there is a slope on the playground. The other involved a nosebleed after falling from the slide. The second incident occurred only a couple of hours after I had explicitly requested additional attention and supervision for him, as he was navigating the new environment. In both incidents, the lead teacher was absent. An inexperienced and inattentive assistant teacher was supervising 11 children alone on a large playground that includes a slope and a big and tall slide. No call for the first incident, and no written reports were not provided within 48 hours. We received the written reports one week later for both incidents after repeated requests, with only the Director's but not the teachers' signatures. Director, Ms. Haylee Warren - zero star: 1. Defensive and unprofessional: She claimed us of 'questioning their policy' when we asked for their incident reporting policy. 2. Blaming the parents: She claimed that we were upset for every incident occurred to our child, which is not true. Our child was bitten three times by the same child within three weeks (excluding 10 sick days in February). We didn't go to her after the first bite. We spoke with her only after learning the second bite involved a repeat biter. We didn't even go to her after the bruise incident on the 300 playground. She claimed that we did not give Classroom 300 teachers a chance, which is not true either. We sent our child back to 300 the very next morning after the bruise incident because we understood transitions can be challenging. She also claimed that our expectations were too high to meet, even though we explicitly indicate that our only expectation was our child's safety. 3. Not sympathetic: She (and the owner) described three bites from a repeat biter within three weeks, as well as a bruise right by the eye and nosebleed within 24 hours, as "normal." While occasional incidents can occur, repeated injuries without meaningful intervention raise valid concerns. 4. Biased favor of Classroom 300 teachers: She kept defending the teachers even after we raised serious concerns, including lack of supervision by the two teachers, inadequate communication regarding the bruise incident, and one teacher applying makeup (face powder) in the classroom during class hours 5. Suspiciously being dishonest: She stated that no other parents had complained about Classroom 300. However, another parent shared similar safety and hygiene concerns with us and offered to join our meeting with the director, which was declined. The owner - zero star: We were disappointed by the owner's response. There was no apology for our child's injuries. Instead, the owner asked us: * "Do you really think the two incidents require a written report?" We were shocked that the owner asked this question. Both injuries occurred above the neck. It is unclear why the owner would consider it unreasonable for parents to request written incident reports for injuries of this nature. * "The teacher did not see where your son hit himself after the bike fall, so she did not report the incident": This statement itself highlights a serious supervision concern. One unexperienced assistant teacher was responsible for supervising 11 children on a large playground with obstructed sightlines. If a child is injured and no adult witnesses how it occurred, that raises significant concerns about supervision and safety. This constitutes child neglect, and the center bears significant responsibility.
