Took my car in for oil change, one guy turned the oil filler on the valve cover and busted it…read more Told me he ordered the part that was broken at the ford garage and when I went to check at the garage where he ordered it to make sure it was the right part they said he never did. I had to order the part that they said was broke by 3PM to make sure it would here. The oil place called me this morning and told me the truck was delayed at the garage and wouldn't be in. I went to the garage after work and the truck was there with the part that was supposedly delayed. When I looked at the part to make sure it was the part that was broken come to find out that the part that broke was never supposed to come off the valve cover and instead of just replacing that part the whole vavle cover has to be replaced. Thanks guys an $20 part just turned into $450. Which the oil place will claim was broken before he touched it. Which is bull crap cause it would have pissed oil everywhere before I went to get oil changed and it never did I will never go back. The oil places idea of fixing it was zip ties, the owner guy told me.that the zip ties.will last for awhile. The ford garage told me nope.

Then they rebuilt my nozzle. I just washed my car with my $50 garage sale pressure washer and it works great!!

He also took 3 vacations while my car was tied up at his shop. Now it's about 6 months later and my oil pump started acting funny. I took it to a professional shop, and they said Gary never changed all the necessary parts, I paid Gary $525 just for the timing chain kit to find out he never replaced all the parts from the kit, It's going to cost me another $3 thousand dollars now because of his deceiving repair job.
