The problem is that…read morethere are issues with the wash system and you get soap in both the rinse water and the spot free rinse. It leaves your vehicle looking like crap. I have made an honest effort to convey this to the owner, and even left my number for her to contact me so i could have a conversation about this, but she doesn't care enough to fix it or call me back. I spend $15-$20 weekly washing my truck, but will no longer be spending it at this location. I recommend that you don't either. Baker Wash by BP is pretty decent.

It isn't worth the money the solution they use or the brushes and the towels that they use that are on their wheels are a joke. This is a waste of money

Options for washes start with basic wash, then with each increase in price another service is added…read more(for example, undercarriage wash, tire wash, etc.) I didn't think the undercarriage wash had enough power to get the salt buildup off. .. when entering the wash, you stop the car, put it in neutral and the car is moved forward on a conveyor. How can one person get the basics and the next get all the additions they paid for? The conveyor never slowed or sped up so how do you know you're getting what you paid for? Doesn't make sense. I won't use Tommy's Express Wash again for these reasons: expensive, poor undercarriage wash, questionable method of getting what I paid for, back of car was still dirty after wash was completed and wheel wells also dirty, as if no water actually cleaned that area.
