HOLY SUPER BANKING!!!…read more Who likes going to the bank...I know I don't. However this particular Wells Fargo is the bomb. The tellers rock and bankers are so friendly and even the branch manager comes out of his hole to say hello! Where am I? This is definitely NOT a normal bank. True Story A guy came into the bank and tried to cash a check, the tiny teller told the guy she would have to call to verify the check, since it was questionable. He argued and asked for the check back, Tiny Teller said no. He yelled and screamed and called her names. She just apologized and said she had rules to follow. When she left the back of the "teller gate" (that's what I call it...their behind this 3" thick plexi glass) to make a copy of the check, the guy grabbed her and tried to take the check away from her. That's when another teller came out of no where, grabbed the guy and WHOOSH threw him a head lock! WA-BAM!!! Cops came....everything was kosher. I mean honestly? My own Steven Segal movie in the middle of a Wells Fargo bank? Awesome. I always go here, cause like I said...everyone is so nice. I feel safe. They are not pushy with sales...I mean don't get me wrong, they try to sell you their products (i.e. savings, CC, debit cards...etc) but if you say no, that's it. No more Q's. On my way out I'm always told "Have a great day!" or "See you soon". Some of them even know my name! I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 10 years. I don't plan on changing banks anytime soon. I am so happy with customer service and in store service that I can't imagine anything else. Again, who likes going to the bank?
