They're very accomodating, for example if you completely mix up appointment days, they squeeze you in when they can. All the doctors are great, but Dr. McNally is my favorite. She is unbelievably easy to talk to and has a fantastic sense of humor. She even made my husband feel comfortable. She answered all of our ridiculous questions, that I'm sure she's answered a thousand times before, but never made us feel that way. I felt like I had known her for years the way I felt so comfortable with her. Sadly though, I just saw a note in the office today that she is leaving the practice to go to North Shore (I think). But, if you can see her, she is absolutely amazing and you'll love her!

Honestly this is the best practice. I have never waited more than 15 min in the waiting room and once in the exam room, maybe another 5-10 at most. They are very thorough and take the time to truly talk to you if you have questions. Dr Rifkin saved the life of my baby and me when I very unexpectedly had a medical incident and had to deliver 12 weeks early. He, Dr Cohen and Jamie checked on me daily in the hospital for a week.
