We gathered on the first floor and went up to the rooftop for a cocktail party and Hors d'oeuvres before the wedding. They had a variety of delicious items. The bar was great and the drinks generous. The wedding was on the rooftop -- a beautiful setting for a marriage. I'm guessing there was room for about 100 people. After the wedding, we went down to the 2nd floor where they had tables set up for dinner. It's a lovely venue. The food and service were great. After the meal, the rooftop was opened again for dancing. Desert was available indoors on the 3rd floor, coming in from the rooftop. All in all, this is a great location for a large party or gathering. They did a great job, in a nice venue, of showing everyone a great time.

Instead of making a new connection with a potential client she made it clear that "it's easier for me if I just email you a brochure"... not a great start for a new bride looking for services. After emailing back and forth we made an appointment to speak over the phone and low and behold.. was still given the same bad attitude. Very short and vague answers, no attempt to share excitement or make me feel comfortable/that she wanted to be speaking with me. If you're the front line of a business I highly recommend making an effort to get to know your clients or just don't act like the people who want to spend thousands of dollars on your services are a bother. Will be going somewhere else.

Jerry takes time to make sure each and every detail is taken care of and takes the pressure off of us having to know when things should occur during the evening.
