I wish I could give 0 stars I've been coming to Clicks in Baton Rouge for years -- literally since I was 19. I'm 29 now, and I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment I used to enjoy. Last night, I had ONE single glass of wine. I spent the night playing darts, taking pictures with my friends, playing pool, and using the restroom like a normal customer. I was not loud, not stumbling, not causing any issues, and not driving. When I asked for a second glass of wine, I was told I was "cut off." There were people in the bar who were clearly far more intoxicated, being loud and disruptive, yet I -- someone who had one glass and was behaving normally -- was denied service with no explanation that made sense. When I questioned it, the response I got only made the situation feel worse. It was humiliating and left me feeling singled out and unfairly treated. If you have to explain yourself by saying you aren't discriminating, that alone says something. I left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and honestly shocked. This was enough to make me decide I will never return. Clicks has officially lost my business. read more

I went to CLICKS Billiards in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for some pool, music, food, and fun. Multiple staff members greeted me as I entered the venue. The atmosphere was upbeat, lively, and festively decorated for the winter holidays. Yet, there were sections of solitude for patrons who needed the perfect pool table area to focus on aiming their shots during their game. Staff checked IDs and explained the process to reserve a pool table with a warm, welcoming tone and sense of humor. As regular customers entered, staff greeted them by name and asked questions related to familiarity like if they wanted their usual drink order or if the additional members of their party were going to be in attendance for the day. More people poured into CLICKS as it got closer to 11 PM. Nearly every pool table and bar stool was filled. So, I was glad I arrived early on a Thursday. I ordered chicken fingers and loaded fries. It was hot, crispy, and juicy, and I ate every bite. The music added to the vibe. It was a great sensory experience. Blue, Cadie, Cassidy, and Sophie kept checking in with me to ask if I was okay or if I needed anything. They were so friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. I don't live in Baton Rouge, but I will come back to CLICKS whenever I'm in town because I felt welcome and had a great time. read more

We came in and order some food when it was not busy a hour and a half later, we still didn't get our food. I also was ordering a drink waiting for her to finish talking to the person that she was talking to four other people came in. I was not even acknowledge until I said something about wanting another drink. I'm a person that's from out of town. Literally my favorite pass time! I've been going to clicks for Years now and I'm there at least 3 times a week. The angry guy that left a negative and false review is just upset because he was in the wrong. All the sticks they have on the walls, and he picked up someone personal stick and interrupted the pool tournament that was going on. All you have to do is have eyes and common sense to know that you were in the wrong, and then have the audacity to argue with the worker who's clearly trying to tell you what's up. Anyways, I love clicks and Heather is my favorite! She greets me loudly and with a smile every time I step foot in the door. This place is the only place in Baton Rouge has a good pool tables and we love playing there, but the employees is the worst employees I've ever seen in my entire life. Epically heather she sets the worst example of un employee to the rest of them and they all learning her poor customer service, I've been there at least 10 times the past month the least I spend 100 not even once she treated us or greeted nicely to top off she was sloppy drunk. I feel sorry for this place especially I'm well aware of costumers service im a general manger at restaurant and I would never dare to give any costumers such a poor costumer service. My husband and I enjoy playing pool as a hobby. We found Clicks to have a great atmosphere and a very respectable environment to relax in and enjoy our game. There are numbers of other guests there and they are very respectful, with great attitudes and are very courteous around others. On many occasions upon our arrival, the barmaids addressed my husband and I with kindness, total respect and with a smile. Heather, the barmaid, is always smiling, showing a positive attitude with her kindness and respect. Heather has a way of making a person feel very welcome into a homelike environment upon their arrival at Clicks. "Heather, thank you and keep up the good work". Clicks is spacious, great for groups and has lots of pool tables. Nice size bar is located right in the center of Clicks which makes it easy to quench your thirst. AMI Jukebox plays your favorite tunes that can be played via cash or conveniently from the AMI App that can be downloaded to your phone. Manager Heather: Racist, rude, and mental. All in one combo Went in with some friends today to play some pool here since they have one of the best pool tables in Baton Rouge. Throughout time, my friend was looking for a cue to use and accidentally mistaken some guys cue stick for the business cue's stick. He apologized and returned it after a few minutes the manager came angry at my friend , not sure if she had some drinks but she is well known and hated of her bad attitude with customers. yelling talking to him as if he is 7 years old, insisting on to tell her where he found the stick after he told her and she wanted him to be specific putting pressure on asking where specifically with some type of attitude. After she threatened to kick him out because he didn't like the way she talked to him and pointed it out, she started using her roles as if she has some type of authority over customers to kick out for some reason. Visiting family from out of state, decided to take some of the family out for a fun night of pool and a few drinks . We were greeted at the bar by "Kayla" was immediately dissatisfied with the service. We waited in line for over 15 minutes while she skipped us in line and proceeding to tell us to wait by holding her pointer finger in the air. Finally was served and given a pool table, still no smile, no polite greeting but nasty attitude. Later on my fiancé returned to the bar to get a refill . She was too busy laughing, joking and exchanging numbers with a customer. What really bothered me is she did not make my fiancé's drink correctly and while politely asking her to correct it she states that my she did not make the drink wrong but we did not order it "correctly" . We then asked to speak to a manager after this, she said " I am the manager on duty, so would you like this drink or not, either way you will get charged again for me to remake it" . I walked in for the very first time and was welcomed immediately by the very bubbly, personable bartender. She informed me of their different specials and promos that pertained to me (noting Military Monday's sewing my ID), and even introduced me to some of the guys at the table since I said I was just wandering around for the evening with no plans, since most of my friends were working and I'm on Leave. The tall Yuengling Draft I had was literally ice cold (thin little bits floating at the top) with perfect head in a perfectly chilled mug, perfect to counter the heavy, dank humidity on a rainy Baton Rouge day, and tasted even better at the extremely reasonable price of $6 (Happy Hour.) 10/5 will be back read more

This is my absolute favorite bar/pool hall in Baton Rouge!!! My girlfriend and I like to should our faces about every other week! The bartenders are friendly, they remember your drinks, and they know us by name! They have the best customer service out of any bar I've been to! I go here every so often. It's a good place to go any day of the week. I don't much like smoke but it's almost always at tolerable levels. I miss the old stage and scenery. They took out the stage and singers, but I don't see why they took out the decor (guitars mostly). It's nice to see those kinds of things. Overall it gets a thumbs up. Friendly employees you'll keep seeing as you go there. Not a place with revolving employees every other month. I've never gone there and felt like I overpaid for anything. read more

And the price to play is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the equipment, minus the pool sticks. I had the misfortune of going here when some no-name band was playing, so the cover was expensive. I rented a pool table for an hour because they don't do quarter tables, which I would have preferred, and played a few games. They overcharged me, though, and said I went over an hour, when I know for sure that I did not because I timed it. I wonder if they do that a lot to people because they think they are too drunk to notice. I hadn't even had a drink while there, though, so I sure did. That pissed me off, so I'm definitely not going back there. There wasn't anything special about the bar, and the band was boring, too. read more

Left our hotel at 12:40 (a couple blocks away). We showed up and ordered our first beer at 12:48 (time on receipt). First round of beers purchased at the bar were $4. Left at 2am. Clicks used to the best place to go for music, pool, drinks, and social activity. I was in there Saturday and was floored by what this place has turned into. I understand that music in Baton Rouge is going downhill; therefore, the stage came out. But can you please tell me why in the world the bartender was wearing her pajamas? She looked like she hadn't brushed her hair, no make up, a tank top that showed all of her oversized parts (not good ones) and yoga pants. Yes ladies - I basically said she was wearing pajamas. I don't understand how your job makes it's money on tips and you show up looking like you just rolled out of bed. Now, to the music....apparently the bartender also likes country because that is ALL she was playing. You're in a pool hall not a honkey tonk. The music should encompass the love of all your patrons, not just what you have on your iTunes account. I was trying to play darts and listening to a man or woman cry about missing their significant other. It's ridiculous. It certainly didn't express the mood of the venue well. I even spoke to the bartender and asked if since she was obviously controlling the music to please expand her taste - - - she played Miranda Lambert. My husband was in Baton Rouge for a week & thought he had found a cool place to shoot pool & hang out. On my husband's last night there, he went to this facility, where you have to turn over your driver's license in order to rent a pool table. Upon finishing with the pool table, he went to go pay & retrieve his driver's license back; yet the personnel at this facility either lost or stole it. I am not sure how you possibly lose a driver's license behind the bar which is being held for someone's payment, but nevertheless, it is gone. What made it even worse was the response & treatment he received from the general manager at this facility. The general manager was the one who had accepted my husband's license; although, now he is stating he never gave him his license. My husband asked him if indeed it was their policy to take a driver's license before a pool table could be rented & he said yes. They did not offer to bother looking for the driver's license, the general manager was rude & cocky, the facilitiy didn't assume any responsibility in the matter at all. My husband stayed at the facility a lot longer than anticipated in the hope that someone who worked there would come across his license, yet no one did & upon him deciding to leave, he then went to talk to personnel again. They basically ignored him, helping other customers, instead of doing anything to help my husband with a problem they caused. They even called their bouncer over to the situation, instead of just helping my husband get his driver's license back. So, now he is stuck driving home all the way from Baton Rouge with no license & we're risking identity theft as well, just because he wanted to shoot a game of pool at this facility. I would not recommend you turn over your driver's license to this facility, as it is going to cause a major problem for you in the future & this facility assumes no responsibility for their actions. read more
