I spend an evening here when the parents were in town, as I wanted them to experience something a bit more special. And Clichée is definitely something out of the ordinary. Their menu is inspired from all over the world, which can be tricky, but they manage to balance it beautifully. They serve their food tapas-style, or street food-style as they call it, so smaller portions that allow you to try a little bit of everything. A table favorite were the mini empanadas as well as the seafood gyoza. Very tasty! Also great were the Bao buns (the red bao) and the sweet potato fries. We also had the fried chicken and the gado gado, which were both good, but slightly less than the other dishes we tried. Together with a bottle of red wine, this was a surprisingly filling dinner and we really enjoyed our time here. Service was friendly and attentive, speaks German and English as well, so there were no communication issues. Great place, a little more on the fancier side! read more
