Hubby is very particular about his hair cut, and he picked this place based on its prior reviews…read more Unfortunately we found it to be hugely sub-par. Our first visit we had an appointment and they ignored us for 20 minutes past our appointment time. We almost walked out when they finally called us. One of the barbers was loud and crass and was so obnoxious, we could hardly wait to get out of there. The haircut was somewhat decent however, and a good price. We decided to give them a second shot a few weeks later, and once again made an appointment with Ernest. This time, they went over 30 minutes past our appointment time before they even acknowledged us. Not only that, but he did such a poor job this time, my hubby was left with razor burns on most of his hair perimeter even days later. Location is convenient right off a main street, parking is plentiful and pricing is decent. That said, with the unprofessional lack of customer attentiveness, disregard for keeping appointments and shoddy shave work, we will definitely not be returning.
