Having bought several cars from here for myself and my wife over the past 25 years, I think I am well qualified to say that if you are looking for a used vehicle, at least check them out. The owners, sales staff, mechanics and others who work for the company are second to none. They only sell cars traded in at main dealers - they never buy at auction unlike most other second hand car dealers. They did a great p/x & my new 2nd hand land rover had main dealer service history and superb inside and out and i am very pleased with the motor. like mark said "Not always the cheapest but you get what you pay for". I bought a car from this dealership a few months ago. Very reasonably priced. Excellent condition vehicle, professionally valeted to a high standard. Mechanically perfect. The staff were very helpful and were able to arrange my purchase within four hours of me making the call enquiring about the vehicle - I drove away at tea time having made the call at lunchtime. The staff were straight to the point, didn't try to stitch me with extras and unnecessary grief, and it was such a painless, easy experience. They picked up my non-runner and gave me a decent price for it considering they had to get the tow truck to my house. The only negatives were: The salesman wouldn't chuck in an extended warranty for free, but frankly, the car was that cheap I can't complain with the three month warranty I got. I'm still waiting for my tax disc refund, but that could be down to the DVLA dragging their heels. I will be recommending this dealer to others. Thank you Cleveland - you're one of the good guys. PS - only four stars because I wasn't amazed by them, but I was very happy. Short of giving the car away there's not much else they could have done, really. read more
