Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.
1) Booked a service and MOT online, despite confirmation email; Right car stated this was never booked.
2) After organising a courtesy car, the service desk stated this also was not done, and failed to provide one leaving me stuck with two children.
3) The service department lost a rubber protective seal from the charging port (electric car) and when I complained, they stated it was never there to begin with.
4) Right car sent a text at 4pm stating the car was ready to collect, but when I got there at 5pm it still was not ready.
There has been a complete lack of professionalism at each contact I've had with Right Car, and would absolutely recommend going farther afield to a more reputable garage if you need to use a Renault main dealer. York and Lincoln are both good options if you specifically need electric car servicing. read more
