There are brands and products that I've seen at other stores but somehow they are arranged in a way that showcase their "purchase-ability". They always seasonally decorate and I enjoy it more than other Christmas displays. The pink tree and sparkling adornments really spark imagination and fuel gift giving ideas. They sell clothes, beauty items, boutique toys, homeware, stationery, candles, jewelry and even desserts up front. As you would expect, everything is quite pricey. Similar to many other reviews, the staff are not the warmest or friendliest people. I've asked a question or two and did not get the most helpful of responses but have experienced open rudeness either. I do look forward to stopping by when I'm in the area and I do think it's a high quality store, albeit quite bougie.

When I moved 5 minutes away from Chagrin Falls, I went down to the village and went to all the little boutiques with my mother. I fell in love with Nola True instantly. All of the clothing is so unique and chic. Nothing is over the top but everything has it's own unique twist that it just instantly makes you feel so different in the best way possible. Ever since finding this store, I now have 5 dresses and two shirts from this store. I have taken my mother who has bought a shirt and my 92 year old grandma's birthday outfit, I have taken my aunt who has bought three pairs of pants and a shirt, and my girlfriends when they come and visit me who can't stop talking about it. They have everything from dresses, to shirts, to crop tops, skirts, jewelry, and cute hand bags. Nola True is the first place I go to when I need a new outfit that I know no one else will have. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to see their latest purchases!

She was condescending when I said I didn't need a receipt, and said, "well this isn't the gap! The owner won't email you anything that's not the receipt." I was pretty startled by the interaction as I just wanted to get the jacket and get out of there. It quickly made the exciting experience of getting a cute item not so pleasurable. Haven is sort of off the main drag from the rest of Chagrin Falls and the store is set back a little next to a bank (I believe). Its evident they've handpicked all their items to be displayed, and the owners have clearly crafted a vision for their store. When I visited, all the clothing in the store was very tiny. As a tall person, this made it difficult for me to find anything long enough. I get the fitted look, but fitted doesn't always work when you're tall. They did have some beautiful printed dresses but only had them in small sizes. Maybe I just caught them on a weird day... who knows. I hear they do personal styling, which some of my friends have done and been very happy with. While I couldn't leave with anything, its overall still a nice shop to come peruse some beautiful items.
