First of all, I ended up getting an illness because of the moldy walls and roofs. There were literally holes in the roofs the school refused to take care of! I had to get my tonsils removed because of this. Then, the kids. These kids are far from friendly. I saw a kid literally get forced to eat some bird crap. The kid grabbed the other but the neck and yelled out "eat it!" Then there's that unfriendly lunch lady. She's older so I get it, but you don't always have to yell at the kids for "making too much noise" opening a bag of chips...That actually happened I'm not joking. Then Mrs. Haworth, the K-1 teacher. She treated us badly when we were all in kindergarten. And then the reason I left the school...These two grown ahh parents decided they had nothing better to do, so they spend time terroizing the school and the kids who lived in the neighborhood. I will only say that the mom's name starts with an M and the same for the dad. They try to get you on their side, and then they convince you to do horrible stuff. They egged our car one night because we wouldn't get on their side. Stay clear of Olita. Update: Mrs V did nothing to take care of this...

I have loved the kindergarten and 1st grade teacher my kiddo had. They are so caring and love what they do! I have also been so impressed with how considerately the superintendent of the district Jim Coombs keeps all the parents in the loop on any security concerns regarding our children. I couldn't have asked for a better district and school for my kiddos to attend!

This review is based on my experience and MY EXPERIENCE ONLY!…read more I took my time to really reflect on what I was going to write about this school! I decided to wait until I pulled my kids out to be as blunt and honest as I can without pointing out any one individual and also because I didn't want any retaliation from the one particular teacher! The school itself is nice and clean but that's about it! The parking situation is a nightmare! To pick up and drop off your kids is horrible! The streets become a tiny gridlock! The residents around the surrounding area cannot come or go for about an hour in the AM then again in the PM! The office and teaching staff is really nice... all except one! It might be that they all know each other on a personal level that the professional side of their job is not performed how it should be! I had no choice I had to enroll my kids in this school but as soon as I could I transfered them out! If you are new to the area... Do your research on the teachers! Ask questions! Ask Questions!! ASK QUESTIONS!!! Feel them out! If you get blank soulless stares go with your gut feeling! Believe your child if they come home and tell you the teacher doesn't want to help or ignores the questions asked! It was a horrible school year! When it should have been a memorable year! On a side note: There are no after school programs offered. There is NO 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony! The Halloween parade consists of walking around the parking lot once! One thing I did like was the Christmas Celebration they have! Also shout out to the Third grade teachers! THEY ARE GREAT but there are much more negatives than positives overall!

It's going to sound awful, but I'm so tired of "Fall Festival" and "Winter Celebration"...gimme some good, old fashioned holidays, why don't ya?! Pick up and drop off are a hassle, but I've never seen a school without this issue. I love the locked down campus! I have to have my ID to get through to see my children - FINE BY ME!! I have only had experience with two of the teachers so far, but I have been so very impressed so far. I would definitely transfer my littles here if given the option to redo my decii

Fantastic, this school is a gem. The education the children get is just incredible. And I say so…read moreafter our two children having attended two other highly-regarded private schools in Orange County. What's so great about it? - The learning experience is unmatched: the teacher to student ratio is outstanding. It allows the children to learn faster, and more, a lot more! - The teachers and staff are excellent. But the big differentiator with other schools where that may be true too (perhaps not to the same extent though): everyone on staff cares! There is a great degree of accountability. - Safe! Courtesy of the Assistant Principal (Mr Rod) who is a retired Firefighter, everything is up to code and very well thought out. - Great facilities: this is a great little campus with a safe and ample parking lot for drop-off/pick-up and events, the classrooms are very nice, it's a safe building, and they have a great gymnasium for sports and weather days! - Super well organized. This school is a very well-oiled machine. We have two children in different classes this year. Not one hick-up, everything was extremely well communicated, and we even get a small paper reminder ahead of events or key items to remember. Only for French-speaking families? No! Think of this school as a top-tier school that will prepare students exceptionally well to continue in the public American system. It is designed for this (maths are in English etc.). The awesome benefit is that the children have a second language in their portfolio. So, do you need to already speak French to attend? No, unless entering at 3rd grade. You can have your children enter up to 2nd grade with no prior French experience. Should you tour this school? ABSOLUTELY! They are not pushy at all so there is really no strings attached. Ask to see the yearbook if they have one handy. You'll see how much effort they put into this school by just looking at it. It's amazing, and, included in your tuitions (and so are lunches on every single Friday of the year... as a parent, that's much appreciated!) Small school, great results.

The principal is a french native and the teachers speak french from various regions of the world that speak french! I am so glad to have been able to find a french immersion school close enough to bring my little one. The staff is caring and the little community is great! Other useful info: students need to bring their own lunches, no microwaving or such. There is one hot lunch provided by the school once a week. Kids bring their own sleepsack for nap time. School hours from 8am-4pm with a 15 min window. There are some random staff development days when students end up not having school.
