In additional to normal kindergarten things, which were really cool, there is a really fun play area that only the two kindergarten classrooms have access to during the school day. You used to be able to sneak into this play area, but they might lock the gate now. They also had some sort of big party thing that involved a cake-decorating competition, which I won (with 95 percent of the work having been done by my dad). I don't have any idea how large the crowd was, but it seemed massive to me (I was five). The cake was really cool. It was a race car with Goofy in it, and it was my idea to use donuts for the wheels. This school is also cool because it has multiple levels and because they offer classes for kids in the summer. I took one about reptiles and another one that I can't remember.

Parents literally camp out for a parking space, they literally have blankets covering the windows leaving no parking... The school blocked off an entire parking section with cones in front of their school for what ? Now everyone is blocking the houses drive ways/ parking in red ! Parents literally park in the middle of a parking spot leaving NO room for any other cars.. There's NO control at this school!! It doesn't help that the jr high down the street doesn't have control either you are STOPPED if there was an emergency ! First of all, I ended up getting an illness because of the moldy walls and roofs. There were literally holes in the roofs the school refused to take care of! The kid grabbed the other but the neck and yelled out "eat it!" Then there's that unfriendly lunch lady. I have loved the kindergarten and 1st grade teacher my kiddo had. They are so caring and love what they do! I have also been so impressed with how considerately the superintendent of the district Jim Coombs keeps all the parents in the loop on any security concerns regarding our children. I couldn't have asked for a better district and school for my kiddos to attend!
