Truly, much better than expected, and it had high expectations! The tiramisu and desserts are brought in by a premium bakery. The tiramisu came in a glass container and was simply superb. Logistically, this is an adorable takeout place. The ambiance is very chic and Italian. They take phone orders or you can just wait and look at their take-and-bake items. I love this free downtown event. It's every Sunday in May…read moreand October. They always have a local band(s) that play, local artists and craftsmen are set up selling their work. I like to use it as a chance to stock up on gifts because it's always less expensive to buy things directly from the artists and save them for birthday and Christmas gifts. There are usually a few booths that sell baked goods and refreshments. Bring a chair if you plan on staying for a while because there aren't many places to sit. There is also a kids art corner with free activities for the kids and sometimes a mime.

The steak was sparse and nowhere near the amount of cheese shown in the photos. The portion of fries was also small. The tomatoes were not ripe and not very seasoned. The fries were beer battered and not crinkled as shown in the photos. I would have preferred the crinkle fries as I am not a fan of beer battered fries. I tried to give a new spot a chance but I will stick to my regular spots.
