He is extremely smart and he knows what he is doing. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gupta for any cosmetic surgeries, I was very very impressed with my results and in the future when I go to get another breast augmentation, I will absolutely go to the same cosmetic surgeon. I was taken care of so so well after my surgery literally everybody that works here treated me so well with the upmost respect and I just want to say that I am thankful to everybody who works here for making my experience so wonderful because it was my first surgery ever I was very nervous but they all took care of me with extreme care and I'm so thankful for that.

What I said in my initial review remains true, even for his staff, like Raegan and Sara. I have enjoyed all my interactions with them as they are all as professional as they are charismatic and personable. 1-week post-op was stitches and initial healing. Then a 2-week follow-up. Protocol for now and for the next few months is to stop by their office once a month so that Dr. Gupta can monitor the surgery site. Of course, there will be a scar, but I can tell that it will be minimal as the months progress. Dr. Gupta has provided me with homework between my monthly visits, which is to put on scar cream and sunscreen, and protect the area from the sun to minimize -- you guessed it -- the appearance of the scarring. A good ol' bandage works, too. 5/5 would recommend Dr. Gupta and will pass along his name to family and friends. Assuming this isn't my first surgery, it's safe to say that I'll be coming back to Dr. Gupta in the future for more surgical work! Thank you Dr. Gupta and team!

This is long overdue but I can't stop thinking about my terrible experience…read more I have major dental anxiety and have never been sedated before. In my consult where they went over the procedure, the meds, and the cost I was led to believe that this would be a positive experience. It was not. Upon arriving 15 minutes early like they asked, I had to wait an hour to be seen. When they finally brought me back into the area where they administer the anesthesia it felt like everyone was rushing. They kept talking about how many more appointments were left and clearly couldn't wait to be off. Not great for my anxiety to start. I mentioned to the consult specialist about my family history of addiction and she walked me through what i'd be given. Clearly I was shocked when the nurses say that they're injecting fentanyl and ketamine (2 drugs the consult never mentioned) and then Dr. Qaqish says "it might burn where the sun don't shine" to refer to the sensation the drugs create around the vulva. DISGUSTING. Procedure went fine but I had let everyone know I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, shocker they threw them away. Fast forward 6 months later and I get another bill even though I was told that I had paid everything in full. This place is atrocious. avoid if you can. The one star is strictly for the cleanliness of the facility, i'll give them that.

My experience trying to book an appointment with this clinic has been unnecessarily frustrating,…read moreconfusing, and unprofessional. On my first day trying to schedule an appointment, I was told by the woman (which I've now discovered is an answering service) that someone would call me back the same day. Nope. No callback, and when I finally got one, they messaged to say, "They got a missed call from me." Not true. The second time I called back (answering service again), the woman told me the office was closed until January 6th!! This is also not true, as I just received an email this morning. Unless this is also some kind of third-party answering service? Bizarre. Overall, the whole experience was an inconvenience and waste of time. Pushing my Botox out further than necessary. I found another provider whose clinic manager personally called me to book my appointment and give me a better promo price. Just a tip: hire someone in the clinic who actually prioritizes clients and new clients. Customers can feel the difference in the quality of care and deeply appreciate good service.

When I hit 40 I also hit that moment that I felt I was starting to look my age. Something had to be…read moredone! My mom with her ever helpful "hmm looks like it time for you to start Botox" referred me to Highly Artistic Surgery as she had been going here for years. Since I started going almost 2 years ago I have has Botox, Erbium laser around my eyes (photo), Juvederm lip filler and joined their monthly membership. Botox: Dr Ha is not going to pump you with a bunch of unneeded Botox. I have referred friends here that said they got less then they are use to getting and my mom has told me about places she has gone in the past that have given her more then she likely needed. Dr. Ha is going to give you a natural look and not try and push more Botox on you then you need. So if your goal is to look like Tim Allen in Christmas with the Kranks this is not the place for you. Erbium laser: This was recommended to me by Ashleigh Ha when I was discussing my concerns about my eyes and seeking recommendations. This is a laser treatment so there is some down time. The process can sting a bit and you will not want to see anyone for about a week. But its worth it! As you can see from the photos you can see tightening under my eyes. (this is with three sessions) Juvederm lip filler: Sorry I don't have the before an after of this. Dr. Ha is subtle with lip filler so you are not likely to have Kylie Jenner before and after lips. If you are just wanting to get a bit more fill to your lips especially as you age and your lips thin I would recommend this. Monthly membership: I love this. I have the option to pick one procedure a month from a list included with the membership (I believe you can see a list offered on their website) The membership is $99/month (at the time of writing this) and its like a nice spa day each month. They are performed by Ashleigh Ha which is an added bonus because she is friendly and fun to talk.

I have since had to get 2 dental implants (with bone graft) and had Dr. Lin for those. Jennifer and Dr. Lin were so caring making sure I wasn't in pain, and talked me through everything they were doing. They've been very good at making sure I am dealing with the best recovery and as little pain as possible. Yes, it's semi pricy as this work always is. It is what it is. They do such an amazing job and always make sure I'm being taken care of. Every single person in the office is very nice and accommodating. I have a lot of anxiety and also pain with dental procedures and feel like a problem patient. But they never make me feel like a problem and they're always here to help. Getting dental stuff is never fun, but they make it as painless as possible. When I heard my own general dentist went here for his own implants, I knew it was the place to be. 5 star experience for something that no one wants to have done. Would recommend.

Date of most recent visit: January 14, 2025…read more For the past couple of years, I had a bump on my inner lip that had neither grown or shrunken; it was just... there. My dentist was concerned about it, so she referred me to Dr. Mahdi Matin and his team at West Coast Oral Surgery. They discovered that not only did I have two bumps that were papillomas (which gave me a bit of concern as the first thing that popped into my head was HPV... which they quickly reassured me it wasn't), but they also wanted to remove them for a biopsy to make sure they weren't cancerous or anything like that. I went in last week to get the papillomas removed, and just yesterday got the official word... BENIGN! (Actually, I had known since this past Friday, as my dentist had also gotten the pathology results and were the first to tell me, but I still wanted to hear it from Dr. Matin.) What impressed me about West Coast Oral Surgery is that not only was the procedure quick and relatively painless once the anesthesia kicked in, but how professional the staff was in describing what the procedure would entail, treatment, and payment plans. While they don't take Tricare/Triwest (for those of you who have it), they do take CareCredit as a payment. Also, when the dental assistant asked what I wanted to listen to while they did my procedure, I said 80's tunes... but somehow the Pandora station started playing Motown and 70's music. No biggie, plus the assistant said she liked my musical taste! Definitely recommend Dr. Matin and the folks at West Coast Oral Surgery!

The office seemed clean and comfortable. Dr. Matin was very nice and informative, and helped me feel calm through the whole process (though some of the staff seemed a bit short with me during the initial consultation). I'm glad he pointed out that I needed a sinus cover once my tooth was gone, as my tooth was located so far up it was connected to the sinus. On the day of the surgery, the process went smoothly and efficiently, and the staff helped calm my nerves. Although I had somewhat of a lengthy recovery at first, everything has healed nicely now without any complications. The price for the procedure also seemed reasonable (after insurance). I would definitely recommend West Coast Oral Surgery!
