I had several subluxations with my back and tmj pain being the most problematic for me as well as my wrist popping. Without going into too much detail the visit I cancelled after the first month because my visits were all of 3 or 4 minutes and the relief wasn't great enough for the amount of money I was paying. There was little focus on my jaw and I was disappointed that in one session I had to tell him, what about my wrist? What about my Jaw discomfort? To top off the mediocre sessions when I cancelled he removed the discounted price and charged me full prices after taking more than one visit auto out of my account when the paperwork you sign says if you cancel they'll refund whatever visits you don't come to. Lesson learned for me, I will never pay in advance for more than one visit at a time. I feel Duped and will not be recommending their services to anyone. I honestly feel like I should've just paid for a few deep tissue massages instead of giving them well over $500 to still have some discomfort.

I yelped "emergency dental" and saw the post from a patient who had an emergency and was also on vacation. So, while on the road heading to Springfield, at 7:40 this morning we called Dr. Capati's after hours number and told him what happened. He said to call his staff at 8:00 and we did; they were able to squeeze in Stephen at 2:50 pm. The staff texted him a link for dental information (ie name, address, issues, etc) and by the time we arrived, everything was taken care of. He was done within 45 minutes and he said the tooth feels great. He's extremely happy and gives high praise to the staff and doctor.

Be careful if you are a new patient! They do not do annual cleaning for the patient, instead they…read moredo first time visit cleaning which your insurance usually will not cover it 100%. I have made the call to do annual cleaning but it ended up be another "advanced" cleaning, named as: first time visit cleaning. This cleaning might be needed if you have not do your dental appt for more than 5-10 years, but for most ppl with insurance covered, we do cleaning annually, this advanced check make no sense, especially the dental trying to play the game to not mentioning specifically that they are doing a cleaning that will not be covered by insurance completely. So remember to ask clearly before they give you anything to sign!

I was experiencing some tightness in my lower back and my spine was feeling like it was slipping in and out of joint, so I went to Dr. Clem, and a few short months later, I am no longer experiencing tightness or spine issues. The first thing they did was to interview me and do some scans on my back. I agreed to x-rays, and I'm glad I did. My insurance covered almost all of those tests, plus every visit. Everything I talked to him about showed up on the scans, and as he showed me the results of the scans he explained the reasons why I was having back problems. They used some kind of electrical stimulation on my back, which really made the muscles feel better, so they weren't as tight. Plus Dr. Clem adjusted my back. We did this on a regular basis, and his plan worked. Dr. Clem and his staff are very kind, caring, and they listen to and take into consideration your needs. All in all, I would definitely recommend Dr. Clem and following his treatment plan. It worked for me. read more

After my husband got help from Dr. Clem, I went because I was losing sensation in my fingers, and was having neck pain. Some things I noticed about them, was that I never had to wait when I got there, and they were genuinely concerned about my health and my feelings toward chiropractic care. He is available 24/7, which is really nice, in case I have an emergency situation. They were always very friendly, just good, down to earth people that know their business well. Not only was that experience a complete waste of time, as we are no closer to figuring out what is wrong, we never got the phone call, and when we did, the SIU office had the complete wrong information, so we had to explain everything to them. They then set up an appointment for 3 weeks from now, despite urgent care plus staff saying we would have an appointment later this week. Also, because I am obviously not impressed, I figured I'd throw in the fact that the room we were put in was no less than 85 degrees. Will not be returning and would suggest to everyone that anyone needing an x ray to look elsewhere.
