I am scheduled for tomorrow for this year. Best $250 i ever spent. He has exceptional customer service. If the machine comes on, leave a message trust me he will be calling back. Last year, there was a delay on my part because we still needed to clean the pool and i called the day before he was scheduled. I asked him if we could reschedule for a week later and explained that i wont go anywhere else. He said absolutely. Booked for one week later and the guy came and was fantastic. He said that prices will go up sometime this year. NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Not only was it well under 30 minutes in its entirety, but it was also pain-free thanks to the courteous delivery man who brought everything up to our 8th-floor apartment downtown, even in the midst of traffic! The cooler was great from the get-go, but I noticed there was an issue with the cooler taking in water within a month of having it which had me worried. I thought there might be an issue with it or potentially something was broken, so I called their customer support and was surprised that within the following few days they sent out someone to retrieve the old cooler and replaced it with a new one, no questions asked.
