Hey All, I bought a Wellis Hot Tub from Southeast…read moreRecreation in Fayetteville, TN and had it installed April 2021. In the 1st 2 months I experienced 5 or 6 leaks which Southeast responded to and fixed but I was not happy having to contact them and having this done, this should not have happened. Now it February 2022, not even a year later and I've got another leak, this must be a Lemmon. I requested a service call but nothing yet after 72 hours. I would NOT buy another one of these regardless of the warranty. I take care of this Tub and maintain it like its supposed to be.

We entered into a pool installation contract with Seth Cox the owner at Southeast Recreation on May…read more1, 2021 and gave him a check for deposit which he required of $13,936.96. Seth promised the pool would be installed by end of October 2021. Here it is Feb. 18, 2022 and the work has not even begun and we cannot get a return phone call from Seth Cox. We have requested a refund of our money which he said in an email that he cannot come up with overnight??? Our Special Needs son has been very excited about getting a pool and needs this for exercise as well as recreation. The employees at the Fayetteville location spoke to us in person and on the phone and took messages for Seth to return our calls and he hasn't as yet. We have complaints at the BBB, our local police office and have been advised to retain a lawyer. The Fayetteville Business Location has a chain with a lock on the gate - BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a hot tub from Tennessee Tub Factory for approximately $5,995. I paid my deposit on…read moreFebruary 2 and took delivery on February 25, 2026. Unfortunately, I began experiencing problems almost immediately. On February 27, I contacted the company because the heater was overheating. The company responded and came out on March 4. After the repair, the tub lost power and required another service visit on March 5. On March 6, the tub developed a leak that required another repair. Additional service was needed again around March 17. On April 8, a hose blew off the pump, causing water to spray everywhere. The company returned on April 11 to make further repairs. As of June 15, I had already requested service seven times, and I was calling again because the tub was leaking once more. That brought the total to eight separate issues/service calls within just a few months of ownership. While the company did respond to service requests, I am disappointed by the number of defects and recurring problems in a brand-new hot tub. A new tub should not require this many repairs in such a short period of time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

We had been in the market for a hot tub for about 6 months. We stopped in at a big box store in…read moreMurfreesboro, TN and found a really nice tub that we were SO close to buying for $15,000, not including the $5k to $7k for the platform/deck we would need to build to put it on. We decided $20k-$27k was just out of our comfort zone so we passed on it. Six months later, and the beginning of a new year, we started looking at what last years models would be going for. This time a locally family owned and operated place popped up on my search. Tennessee Tub Factory, just down the mountain from us in South Pittsburg! So we took a drive down there to see what they had. We met Blake Fox, one of the owners. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and answered ALL of our questions. We are able to choose where we want to position the jets. If we want one pump or add more jets and add duel pumps. The entire process was so amazing! And the cost for a custom built hot tub, built and serviced right here in Tennessee by a proud military family???? Well, it was 1/3 of the price for what the big box store was going to charge us! They offer exceptional customer service. Are always available to answer any questions we had through the entire process and are one of the nicest families we've met here in TN. If you're in the market for a new hot tub, forget the big box stores. Go see Blake at Tennessee Tub Factory, he's simply outstanding.

Pool and Spa Depot - Skimmer is missing and was not installed in the concrete. This is a huge trip hazard that could land you in the pool.

He was truthful down to earth, didn't lie, was able to answer all our questions. Last year went to other pool companies in TN and KY. Was not impressed with the others, but everything about Pool & Spa Depot today impressed me. Go with Pool & Spa Depot you won't regret it. Ask for the salesman we had. Rocky Waterfield, he is honest and will make you feel at home. KFWALKER324@GMAIL.COM

On July 1st, my wife and I eagerly started our journey to become pool owners, but it quickly turned…read moreinto an absolute nightmare. What started off well with excavation soon fell apart due to terrible sub-contracting, non-existent project management, and complete failure of communication from Pool and Spa Depot: Coping & Subcontractor Issues: Our recommended contractor, Justin Taylor, had clearly never done coping before. After making him tear it up twice, I had to settle for a half-baked fix just to stop the damage. In the process, he ruined the liner framing underneath. Severe Installation Errors: The plumbing for our water feature was installed 18 inches off target. Now permanently stuck under concrete because no project manager checked the layout. Jeremiah from Pool and Spa Depot refused to fix the deck to correct it. In fact, he did not want to bring out the water feature until I agreed to hide the pipe with a planter. Additionally, the skimmer box was installed so close to the coping that I can't even pull the basket out to empty it. Equipment Failures: Our brand-new heater leaked water and needed parts ordered. We are currently on our 4th pump in 4 weeks. The ozone generator leaked and was hauled off on 8/26/2026 with zero follow-up. Liner & Drainage: The first liner suffered a seam failure and had to be replaced. The second liner installation left us with a ton of wrinkles. We are also still waiting on a deck drain and skimmer completion that have been pending for weeks. Regional Project Manager Don from KY acknowledged many of these issues were unacceptable, yet offered zero resolutions. Communication from Pool and Spa Depot has been atrocious throughout. My wife and I are left with an expensive, subpar pool that we will have to pay another company to tear out the coping and liner and fix next year. Save yourself the headache and RUN from Pool and Spa Depot. Update: On 9/5/2026 I stopped by the La Vergne location to pick up my refund check for the water feature. Two of the blades are warped and water would leak out of the pool. While there, Mr. Jackson (Sales Manager) overheard my conversation with Trevor (Sales) regarding the sub-par quality of my pool installation. He informed me that sub-contractor Justin Taylor was let go and that Pool and Spa Depot will no longer be using him. Mr. Jackson was unaware of all the issues that I have experienced. Mr Jackson stated that he wants me to be happy and that I should reach back out to Bridget (Construction Manager) again to get the issues fixed. On 9/6/2026, I emailed everyone once again. On 9/7/2026 - I received a voice mail from Jeremiah saying that Justin Taylor has not been fired, just the workers who screwed up. He said Justin will be onsite on 9/8/2026 to finish the skimmer and decking. I sent a text to Jeremiah asking about the poor quality of the coping and the bent up liner rail? I also stated that moving forward, I want all communication in text or email. Jeremiah has not replied back. I am gearing up for a legal battle now. 9/8/2026 No one showed up to fix anything. 9/11/2027 I'm writing to request an urgent status update on several outstanding issues preventing our pool from passing code inspection and being operational. Salt System Failure: Our pool tech confirmed the salt system is malfunctioning, showing error codes, reading an inaccurate temperature (125°F), and outputting dangerously high chlorine levels. Safety & Code Hazards: The open gaps in the coping/liner railing pose a major safety risk for child hand entrapment. Additionally, the skimmer and deck drain are still missing in action. Given that we will not pass inspection, we need an official ETA for when these items will be fully resolved. Due to the ongoing delays and unresolved safety concerns, my wife and I are currently consulting legal counsel regarding our options to get this pool fully completed and functional. 9/14/2026 After persistent requests, I persuaded Ben to come onsite and inspect the liner track. Although he initially agreed to come on September 16, he arrived on September 17. 9/17/026 During his inspection, Ben attempted to adjust the liner in the back corner but realized the frame was bent, making the liner impossible to move. He acknowledged that the coping looked unacceptable and noted that unsealed holes beneath it would collect water, leading to wall erosion and structural damage. Additionally, he noted that the skimmer lid must be encased within the deck, which would require tearing up that section of the existing decking to complete properly. When I asked about the deck drain, Ben claimed he did not have a work order for it. This contradicts numerous emails and text messages where the deck drain was explicitly discussed. I reminded him that Jeremiah quoted $1,300 for the drain, which I had already agreed to pay directly to Justin Taylor.
